ZERO STARS. I am going to be brutally honest. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. NO REFUNDS, NO ALTERATIONS, NO RETURNS, NO FIXING THE DRESS IF IT COMES APART, and NO MONEY BACK AFTER PUTTING IT ON HOLD. I got a dress from here for about $300, for my prom. Thanks to coronavirus, Prom was cancelled. The only time I wore it was in the dressing room once. I didn’t get to take it home. They had it on hold for the whole 3.5 months of lockdown until they opened. When I went in and told them that I didn’t need the dress, they told me okay and that was it. I asked them if I can have my money back since I never got the dress(it NEVER LEFT THE STORE) and they didn’t say anything. Flat out ignored me! I said hey, where is my money? I’d like it back please! The lady walked into the dressing room and then out walked another one (manager/store owner) and I said I would like the money I gave you THAT HAD NO USE FOR IT NOW. She said she can’t do that I asked why. She said it’s store policy. I told her that I never even took my dress home and that I won’t be. She said “she didn’t care and that it’s too bad”. I was so irritated. This place has no respect, the dresses look pretty but rip and come apart very easily(I heard from my friend she had a similar problem where her dress totally came apart during her homecoming) and these people only want your money. Others have similar stories. I hope this place closes for good because this store is ONLY A SCAM. Do not go here and save your money for Macy’s...

This was the 7th place we went to for prom dresses and as we walked in we were greeting by an associate that offered us help. We politely declined and told her when my daughter seen it she would know it’s the one. She was very sweet and said to yell if we need her . My daughter who hates dresses fell in love with a dress tried it on needed a size smaller … the owner checked other stores found one at Orland … we paid for it and went to Orland to get it ! Once we got it home we realized it was sized wrong (there are a lot of should of could of would ofs) but the end story is when I called the Foxvalley store today to tell her it was too big she instantly ordered another one and had us bring her the one we picked up from Orland …. She was very accommodating even tho they have a no refund or exchange policy. She accepted that it was a manufactured problem and not an Us problem and assured us it will be here before prom… highly recommend this place for your special occasion needs very beautiful dresses and...

I too would rate this place a zero. Staff was friendly at first. I ordered a dress for a wedding. Dress came back wrong the owner told me they were both black and they both had gold on them. So what's the problem? Dress I ordered zipped up the back, dress they ordered zipped up the side. Dresses did appear to be the same but in fact was not. Made by two different companies which cause the material to fit different. Aurora Police was called. The male owner said to refund my money so that I leave. Cashier called the wife on the phone who told them not to give me a dime. Aurora Police spoke with wife on the phone and told her they should do the right thing. So refused. He told me it was a civil matter and wasn't much they could do. I had the male owner on video telling them to give me back cash so that I leave. Took me two and a half hours to get back cash but these people was VERY rude! I forgot to mention, all of a sudden the workers didn't speak English. All about the cash! Do not care about...
