FYE — Local services in Aurora

ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! They've been sued for this and continue to do it. The employees are INCREDIBLY pushy and will sign you up for a free trial of their loyalty program, without telling you it's a paid service until everything is said and done. FYE also makes it a nightmare to cancel. They're notorious even among other stores in this mall for this nonsense. Not to mention the INSANE item markups, you're much better off finding the items you want from the source company's own websites. Even with shipping, it's bound to be cheaper! Will absolutely never shop here again, neither will my friends. And if you, for some reason, absolutely HAVE to shop here... Use cash!!! Do NOT give this company your payment...

Cool but overpriced merchandise, generally nice and helpful employees and the store radio has pretty good music. Prices definitely make it not my go to but nice to browse, be careful with their international snacks though! I got a container of Lay's black pepper ribeye steak flavor from here wanting to try a new flavor (it's from China) and more than a few chips in I started to read the label.

Not only did the chips expire in June of this year (4 months past date) but they have a warning label that says it may contain LEAD and/or CADMIUM!! That's used in batteries! I threw them out immediately after that and definitely wasted $10 to almost get poisoned so maybe avoid any...

This store scams their customers! I went there to buy some candy and when I tried to check out the cashier asked for my phone number and name. I didn’t think this was weird at the time because many stores asked me the same thing to get money off my purchase. After this the cashier asked me to pick three FREE magazines that will be mailed to my house. I asked her if they were really free or if I’d be charged later and she said they were completely free and I would not be charged AT ALL! A couple weeks later a get a notification from my bank saying that my account is overdrawn and come to find out they charged me MULTIPLE TIMES! I will no longer be...
