Micah is knowledgeable and very determined. I have Asperger’s and ADHD (I didn’t mention that to him), but I have a lot going on in my brain. I am very inquisitive and Micah took the time to answer all of my questions. I’m sure all salesmen know about the psychology of personality mirroring haha, but he seemed like a genuinely patient salesman. There was only 1 “con” (if you want to call it that). This is just a personal preference. I purchased a bed the week before at this location. I felt the most comfortable with Madison (The Manager of the store). She would be my go to person! Madison is knowledgeable, comforting, yet direct, and funny in a way that most people aren’t. I had so much fun buying my bed with her! And I had zero buyer’s remorse. I felt like she is Incredible at her job. Sure sales are important, but she was also mindful of my budget. Madison asked what my budget was in the beginning and we worked from there. She made me feel like I was in the driver’s seat and not the other way around. I really appreciated that. She was super sweet! I didn’t feel like just another number or that she kept trying to up-sale me with certain anecdotal stories. Madison sees the big picture of making sure the client really feels good about their purchase and THAT feeling is what made me come back a second time. Read moreEvery element of my experience with Denver Mattress in Aurora was negative. I should have known in the beginning, when Sam, one of the management team first helped me. He was showing me mattresses when another customer walked in. He excused himself, for what I believed to be a moment to greet another customer, whom he proceeded to help from start to finish. I waited a half hour to make my purchase. No one else offered to help. Despite this bad start, I wanted to complete my purchase. The order was supposed to be delivered on this coming Monday. I instructed Sam that the delivery person would need to contact the leasing office of my apartment. Sam had originally offered a Sunday delivery, but I told him that the leasing office was closed. I was informed by the warehouse that my delivery would be between 8 and 10. The leasing office does not open until 9. When I tried to fix this, I was informed that the warehouse could not change delivery times. I called Sam at the store for assistance but he could do nothing for me. When I asked to cancel the order he suggested a different day but could not guarantee the time would be any different. I told him to cancel the order but he said he couldn't refund my money because the mattress was already on the truck. Not once was he willing to do anything to complete the sale for me.
