Phở 75 — Restaurant in Aurora

A group of friends and I absolutely loved this place for several years now because of the taste and the servers that we have interacted with before. The last few times we have been here, the taste of the broth has changed and has become very greasy. Additionally, our visit yesterday has confirmed that we will no longer be returning to this location.

We usually ask for our bean sprouts to be steamed, but they brought out the bean sprouts before even taking our orders. While we were ordering, we asked if we can still get our bean sprouts steamed. The server seemed slightly frustrated, but we tried to be understanding since they were fairly busy. When the bean sprouts came out again, it was falling all over the table and there were not enough for everyone in our group. We did not bother to ask for more. Next, they threw our silverwares and food down on the table like they did not care. Then when our food came out, the server was mumbling our order numbers. When we asked him again to repeat, all of us were able to watch him roll his eyes at us before repeating the order. His facial expression seemed extremely frustrated/annoyed and it made all of us very uncomfortable.

When we were paying for our meal, a familiar server that we have had positive experiences with before had come in. After all these years, it was disappointing and sad to be in such an uncomfortable environment...

I’ve given this place a few tries now since they’re only a couple minutes away from my house. 1st couple of times were great. The 3rd time I came in I had spoiled milk in my Thai tea they remade me one and the milk was still spoiled so I just asked for a refund. We haven’t been back but since it was chilly we decided it give it another try. We called to order pickup and wasn’t able to finish our order before they hung up on us.I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they’re very busy. I decided to just drive over. The place only had two customers. In the front area had a whole bunch of people hanging around walking in and out of the kitchen.But no of them were able to help me it took 5 minutes before a guy came out and asked what I was there for. I let him know my order he was able to find my order without any name. He did seem like he was in a rush I asked him for a receipt and some extra limes and he did seems to have an attitude even though I was the only guest at the desk. The food was good enough regular pho. However both my mother and I have been having stomach pains since so I hope they’re not serving bad meat. There’s pho places on every corner so I don’t think I’ll be coming back to...

I’m here to say that I'm VERY disappointed with this Pho…

For 2 years, my father and I LOVED coming to this place. We came almost every weekend and came here specifically because the service was great and the food is fantastic! We came to eat here so much that we got along and were well known by the employees that work here. Because of it I would ALWAYS tip you guys. HOWEVER! You guys absolutely lost my trust the last time I came here and I will NEVER return because of it. One of the employees that work here decided it was okay to make me tip him more money that what I initially gave taking a $10 tip at the cash register. That is NOT okay, I tip you guys every time I come even when I don’t want to to save money but I do it anyway out of the goodness in my heart and it pains me that one of your employees did that to me. It pains me to even make this review considering the amount of respect I had for you but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since my last main Pho restaurant did the same to me.
