I bought couches in September of 2022 that costed me over $5k. They were under one year warranty. I went to them in September 2023, literally a week before the warranty expired because the couches had issues. They said they will send a technician out, which they did. The technician then stated that the couches would need to be replaced and he will inform the store. It’s been 8 months now and I’ve called them and went there almost every other week with no help. The managers talked to me and said they will fix them because they were discontinued. All i have been getting is the run around and no help. A couple of weeks ago, I was told by one of there staff members that they will not replace the couches or fix them because it was past the warranty time frame. Although I have communication proof that all this was done before the warranty expired. Horrible business model and don’t honor their warranty and I will be seeking...

Don't buy anything from Bedroom Expressions. They set delivery times based on their schedule with no regard for their customers. They are happy to take your money, but when you want it delivered, it's on their time. I waited 2 weeks because that was their time available, but they expect you to be able to sit around for a delivery time and hope that it works for your schedule. They are dismissive and refuse to work with their customers.

Then, when I want to return my order, I have to give my credit card number over the phone(which why would I do that since you obviously don't care about your customers), or wait A WEEK, for a check. Don't waste your time, money or energy, they don't...

Tremendous customer service, exceptional sales and management team! Very friendly, helpful. I like the fact that staff does not hover around and they don’t follow you, but when ready to purchase they spring into action! They are very courteous and truly want you to be happy!
