( don't believe these reviews they get a discount if they give 5 stars) I've been to this nail salon a couple of times, and each time has been bad, but I give it the benefit of the doubt because Kim gives the best pedicures and massages. A lot of places or full from appointments, so both my sister and I went in for full sets and pedicures since they had open space for walk ins. We both got the Sweden pedicure option. However, our times were completely different she did not get hot rags, no massages, and the cleaning was bare minimum. There was a lady who worked at the front desk who didn't greet us. She just directed us to a tablet to sign in. She then proceeds to sit in front of our chairs while getting a pedicure. My sister and I smile every time we make eye contact because it's a little bit awkward she then proceeds to roll her eyes every single time she starts to give dirty looks and then she walks around to another co-worker says something in her language and that co-worker then begins to stare at my sister and i. We felt very uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a fun girl's day, and that wasn't I was started off. We went to get our full sets done, and we both got almond short nails. However, I was charged for length. While we were getting our full sets done that same lady who was rolling her eyes while we were getting a pedicure begins to continuously walk back and forth every little while making it a go to look at us. We were there for about 4 hours. It was an unpleasant experience, and the prices are outrageous. As for the full set themselves the nail length weren't even I reminded him about drilling underneath since there was globbed acrylic the I know what eventually get caught on clothes and hair and he said I'll do it last and never did it I felt like he just said that because he didn't want to be told what to do when it wasn't bossy you was just "hey can you get this please" I'm willing to pay a high amount of money for nail, especially ones I love, but they are purposely over charing customers and giving inconsistent services, pricing, and quality. Honestly, this place only looks nice, the staff are not very nice or honest. I had an existing soft gel overlay set on my natural nails. I came in to ask if they could do a fill (file and put more builder gel or gel overlay on my natural nails), and the lady at the front took a look at my nails and said yes. A different lady started doing my nails and as soon as she was done filing and prepping, she takes out acrylic powder. I tell her no, i want a gel or builder overlay added to my nails and she is acting confused. The owner then comes over and says they don’t do builder gel or gel overlay and that the powder they pulled out was actually “gel powder.” I am very aware of what acrylic looks like and I did not ask for that, nor dip powder or any application that requires powder. I tell the lady that when I came in, the lady at the front said they can do the soft gel and it’s very dishonest to not tell me the truth until after they have sanded my nails down and halfway done the service. The owner, then backtracks and says well actually they can do gel overlay and builder gel, but they don’t do fills, so i have to get a new set. at this point, I am confused because it went from they don’t do it al all, to they don’t do fills, but they were willing to do a fill with acrylic powder over someone else’s work? The whole experience was very stressful and the owner very roughly and quickly finished my nails with an attitude. I let them go ahead and do the acrylic they were insisting just to get out of there since my nails had already been started.

I have never been treated more rude than I have by the owner. I actually felt very sad during my set because of the very mean treatment. I don’t really know what the motives were, but I just know they are Dishonest in the services they want to provide and I’m assuming acrylic powder is...

I asked the guy if he could do ombré with dip. He told me yes. So I proceeded to get my nails done. Not only do my nails look like shit, but I had to change what I wanted because he couldn’t figure it out. They are thick and uneven. When I tried to explain how my previous Nail Tech used to do my nails he then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that he knows how to do it but that specific color doesn’t work. you did that color as a solid color on another nail and it turns out just fine.
