Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Aurora

this place is not like many others, food is cooked live when you order it so it should never be warm/ cold... The food is unique.... the Cuisine when prepared right I would say is devine ;however as of late I've been reluctant to go due to the food not being cooked properly or coming out not hot. Mind you this is a preference some people like their food warm. I usually get my house favorite as I always say buttered noodles protein being parmesan chicken or grilled. The noodles typically come out buttery and steaming hot not dry and warm. The protein as hot as the noodles not warm. I believe you need to be a talent of a cook and believe in what you're making for each individual or the food is going to reflect what you put in it. The food here used to have heart to me and regardless of the price being a little unfavorable I would go the extra mile and order extra protein because of how good everything was. now I order a regular order and monitor if it's going to come out correctly.but again this place deals with food on a more personal level than just a burger placed on a bun with tomatoes sauce pickles and served wrapped up. This place requires a trained individual with the 💓 to achieve greatness in what they create for anyone. The place has been filthy but I believe it was addressed prior buy some other person's post. I'm zero tolerance for a sticky floor tables that have not been cleaned in a timely fashion but yet food is still being served. So unsure at this place is either heaven or hell depending on how things go I prefer heaven so I can really enjoy oneself with a order of butter noodles protein steak and shrimp...

Came in its a regular spot I come to. The Cashier wasn't familiar with the spices and dishes served. I then had ask him to get someone to help me get my order right and prepare my dish as wanted. I already payed for my food and I wanted them to make it right the first time then he wanted to charge me $1 in addition for my dish because of the sauce I wanted to order. I was not asked if I wanted my order to go or eat in either and I just got a cold shoulder by the 2nd person. Not professional been coming here for 3 years on and off. Not planning to come back bad customer experience. I even told him to add Smolder Boulder spice to my dish instead I was told that I can add it myself NO that's not how I wanted it I want it to be cooked with my food. When I walked in on Monday July 28th at 245 pm there was absolutely no customers in the dining room, The 2 employees behind the counter stared at me like I was disrupting their day just by coming in and being hungry Neither employee said Hello. The restaurant had a strange musky smell and there was a considerable ammount of food debris and trash on the floors and ledges. For such a slow location/time you would think the employees would spend much less time standing around on their phones staring at the customer that just walked in and more time greeting people that come in and walk up to their counter and cleaning the restaurant so customers would be more inclined to sit down and eat inside. The restaurant and its cleanliness is a reflection on the people that Operate/Manage it, obviously the people who operate this restaurant are slobs otherwise this wouldn't be an acceptable way to represent yourself, your employees or...
