Very, Very disappointed this time. I do not know what has happened but they need to get their act together. I wanted to call in my order for pick-up like I normally do. When the phone was answered I got "HELLO" nothing more. I had to ask if this was Papa john's to which I got "YES". I advised that I would like to place a order to which I was told I would need to be placed on hold and that could take up to 2 hours because they were super busy.. Surprised and disappointed I asked for the manager and was placed on hold, 20 minutes later I hung up and then drove to the store. When I got there 1 customer was in the lobby and a couple of the workers were just standing around. The Papa John's sign was not turned on for the front or back of the store. I spoke with a worker who identified himself as the manager and placed my order for 5 various pizza's and I asked that the be cooked Well-Done. I asked for anchovies on one of my pizza's and was told they did not have any. This was Saturday night, how do you run out of supplied on a Saturday night. I waited 25 minutes for my pizza's to get done which I thought was about a normal waiting time but a far cry from 2 hours. When I got home with the pizza's again disappointment set in. The amount of toppings were minimal at best but the worst of all was that the pizza dough was still just dough in the middle of all of them. I had asked for Well-Done not half raw. I called the store to complain, I asked to talk with the manager and again was placed on hold, 15 minutes later I hung up.
I know Papa John's has been having customer service issues as well as quality issues corporation wide and if this is an example I will just start getting my pizza's from Domino's or Pizza Hut. Papa John's you get one more chance from me, if you want my hard earned money for your products, get your act together or I am gone...….
One more quick.thing. I hot home after writing this review and while going through the refrigerator I discovered left over Papa John's pizza in zip lock bags. This is the were first time in over 20 years I had to throw out left over Papa John's pizza. When I asked my family about it was unanimous, the pizza had made them sick to their stomachs, as it had minr. Papa John's take note fix what ever has changed or get ready to fall by the way side like many of the other great restaurant chains have done in the past few years.
Like I said earlier, I will be giving you one last chance and it is a repeat, that will be the last 5 to 8 pizzas I order for my family from you. Get back to basics, customer service, good food, good prices and don't cut corners. Stock up for the weekend and be ready for special orders.
I will secret shop you store, no warning and you will.never now it until my next...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
Unfortunately, this is a location that I will not be going to again. After having an experience where my order was over an hour late on a random Thursday, I was given a free pizza. When ordering said pizza, the delivery driver lied several times about being at my address only to turn around and tell me that my address didn’t exist. Ummmm WHAT?!!! I ended having to drive to the store where I spoke to a manager and he gave me 2 more free pizzas to make up for yet another piss poor experience. I ordered the first one a few weeks later and after acting as though they were offended that I was calling to order and transferring me to LITERALLY 5 people, I was finally able to order. Fast forward to last night, my toddler had been asking for pizza all day so I decided to give this this one last shot. Once again, I was transferred and disconnected while trying to order. Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I called back and finally got someone at the store. I placed my order, the delivery came, things seemed to be looking up. Then I opened my pizza... Not only was the pizza the wrong size but it looked as though someone else had already eaten it and threw it back up then haphazardly threw jalapeños on it. I had ordered the same pizza I always do (pepperoni with extra sauce and jalapeños on half) so my son and I both are able to have left overs. Even if the pizza had been the correct size and not looked so terrible, the way that they just dropped jalapeños on it and cut it, there was literally only 2 pieces that didn’t have them so my son wouldn’t have been able to eat it anyway. This is this last time I will order from this location. How do you mess up the redemption order for the other redemption order that was completely horrible?? This absolutely HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE is clearly the best that this team can do so I will be spending my money somewhere else. I strongly suggest everyone reading this...
Read moreSo my night started with having a free Large 2 item pizza from Papa Johns pizza. I figured the restaurant was a football field away and pizza sounded good. I had to order the pizza online which I did- 1 large pepperoni, sausage, Black olive and mushroom pizza with crispy thin crust. Door dash would be delivering the pizza - I started to watch the tracking of the pizza. I saw that the delivery driver was at the store and that it wouldn’t be long now, but something was a miss - the pizza was going in a completely wrong direction…. 20- 25 minutes later a customer service representative from DoorDash called to tell me that the driver couldn’t find my apartment building - I can see the store from my apartment building. Door dash told me that the delivery driver was at National Jewish hospital looking for me…? I am not at that location. I look at the tracking of pizza and it tells me that the driver canceled the order…. He canceled the order…. I won’t bring the name of the driver into this, but I could have. I called the store where the pizza was made and explained to Darius who is the GM of the Papa Johns store, he was very nice and told me he would remake the pizza and deliver it to me within a half hour. Darius went out of his way to take care of this issue. Greg was the delivery driver for Papa Johns and was the one who was hurrying up the stairs to get it to us. I want to thank Darius and Greg for going...
