I’ve been here maybe 3 times and every other time the service has been good but today was definitely a negative experience. To start we did receive a “hi” that clearly had attitude. We placed an order online for a aci bowl and a smoothie. Order had an estimated 10min ready time from the time it was placed. We arrived with extra time so we decided to wait inside. I’m assuming a friend of the employee who greeted up showed up so they processed to talk which wasn’t the problem it’s that we waited 20 extra minutes for our order to be ready and she clearly saw us. It wasn’t until I went to her and asked if she knew when the order would be ready and that’s when she started to make it. Our aci bowl had to be remade because she gave us a small when we ordered a large. We also ordered it with coconut whipped cream which you would think would go on top but she filled the entire cup with the whip but NO acá…. When I brought it up to her she tried to blame it on me. It was full of attitude and she clearly did not want to be bothered other than talking to her friends. This experience made me uncomfortable. I’m not saying the customer is always right because they aren’t but I approached her nicely and i paid for the extra stuff and size so I would only expect that nothing more.

Read moreA new Jamba Juice in my neighborhood and I was excited for my first visit today. First of all, tried to order online from the website and from the app, and neither order would go through. So I decide to drive over and order. I ask them about the online ordering and they say it’s because I was ordering things that they don’t carry. She shrugged like that’s just the way it is. What? I specifically selected to location and it said it was the location’s menu. The employee proceeds to say, yeah and we are out of lemonade. So I make a different order than planned, less interested in the limited choices. I wait for my 2 smoothies and the employee forgets to make one mine. I notice it says completed on their screen and she sees me looking at the screen so makes my last drink, spilling frozen smoothie all over the cup. She puts on a lid and slides it over all messy and just walks away. I grab napkins and clean it leaving a pile of them at pick up. The smoothies were just ok, one rather tasteless.
