I am new to the Aurora, CO area and I recently had subwoofer troubles in my 2017 Ford Mustang GT. Seeing that no one in CO had helped with the install, I knew it would be a challenge to find the right type of support I needed. Initially, a simple Google search brought up a number of results for mobile car audio. I visited three shops in person only to find out that they were only interested in my time if I had a large installation or was buying new components. When I called Stereo Warehouse I was greeted pleasantly and was asked to come in next day to have them look over and identify a problem. I arrived next day and met the owner, Nour, who was extremely friendly and eager to assist me with my issue. Within 15 minutes he had a diagnosis: the subwoofer was blown. No worries though, he had a replacement ready for me that was comparable to what I had before (same brand too!) installed literally within 30 minutes. I was not taken advantage of and can honestly say this was the BEST experience I've had with any mobile audio installation shop. I went here on saturday 0ct 21st to look for a double din install kit for a 05 silverado 1500. I walked in and the owner norm was very polite he greeted me and asked me if i needed help. I told him what i was looking for and he assured me he had a few different options. The first option he showed me was an already opened simple double din kit that just had one bracket and the faceplate that could either fit on a single din or a double if needed by cutting the middle plastic piece.. I asked him how much it was and he said that it was $15 . I asked him if he had a different option and he showed me a true double din kit that had multiple screw and other parts I did not need so i kindly refused i then told him I would take the cheaper option. WELL THAT'S WHEN EVERYTHING CHANGED. He then proceeds to tell me that the item is no longer $15 but $20. He reassures me that there's is more to the kit, since he did show me an open one. So i then tell him too shpw me the whole kit so i can decide wich one i want. So he shows me the kit and THE ONLY DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THE OPEN ONE AND THE CLOSED IS ONE MORE BRACKET. Horrible horrible horrible service!!! I’ve been coming to the owner Norm since I first bought my car in 2020. I don’t know why I keep giving him a chance, probably because he’s cheap. But time and time again he sells me faulty equipment and then I buy more, and when the new stuff breaks and I call him out on it, he argues with me every time!! This is unacceptable, all together I’ve spent over $1000 on amps alone. Not including the wires and also labor cost!! This last time I was here on 08/08/2025 the owner blatantly verbally abused me and refused to show me the records of all of the business I’ve given him over the years.
