I recently visited the new Gursha Ethiopian restaurant on a Friday evening and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly received and seated immediately, which set a great tone for the evening. We decided to try the Golden Tibs, Derek Tibs, and sambusa, and all of them were absolutely delicious. The Derek Tibs, in particular, stood out with its unique and rich flavor that really elevated the meal.

One thing worth noting for those not familiar with Ethiopian cuisine: some of the meat dishes are cooked to a rarer degree than what you might be used to. If you're not a fan of raw meat, it's a good idea to ask your server about the level of doneness before ordering.

The house is really great and the atmosphere is good.But please work hard on the foods. We ordered 2 types of food from the menu but it was not as we expected . On the Kitfo the meet was not gridded well, it is not seasoned well as well so please try to improve it, make sure you are on top of the game. I really want to see your success that is why I wrote.
