SweetPepper Kitchen — Restaurant in Aurora

This place has great food, but you won’t know because they’re hardly ever open. Totally unreliable and the customer service is lacking.

Yes, I understand it’s a “small family business,” but how are customers supposed to enjoy the business if you’re never open, constantly out of items when you are, or unable to serve customers because you’re short staffed? Also, how do you run out of pounded yam?! That’s like an Asian restaurant running out of rice. It’s always something and it’s been like this forever based on the reviews. Maybe they have enough customers and are okay serving their current clientele because they have no interest in new customers…I can’t even recommend this place to people I know because I can’t guarantee that they’ll even be able to try anything. Y’all need to do better and stop making excuses. People want to support...

I'm done with this place! This is the 3rd time we've had an issue with their order fulfillment & their customer service-not to mention they don't adhere to the hours they post on Google.

Their food is good but it's just not worth the bad customer service! If you aren't interested in accommodating customers, DON'T BE IN BUSINESS! SIMPLE!

Whoever the person was that worked on Saturday 9.13 was especially bad. She didn't do her job so we didn't get our entire order because she ran out of food & then LIED about it saying she told us. SHE DID NOT! We felt lied to, short changed & manipulated! Done...

I had high hopes for this place. Infact I stood in line for their opening. I have been let down by their erratic opening hours. Often closed when they are supposed to be open. Food is usually good and authentic.
