neg stars are to good for them. i have had shipments take almost a month to get from las vages to denver, because the go to california and sit. but the last one was the worst. they called me on a wed to sch a delivery on thursday. set up 9- 12 no show no call. and if you try to call you never get any one. so i figured i would wait for a call never got one. they delivered on friday at my carwash, just left my product out side, got no call no notice. ( small bit of information i was told that they only delivered to parker colorado on tuesdays and thursdays, they have called in the past to deliver on a friday, then made a friday appointment then they called that day, after their delivery window to tell me that they dont deliver on fridays) so any way i got to the carwash on sat around noon to find my chemical out side covered with snow temp had been below 32 which damages it. i put a claim in and several weeks later i got a determination that i had signed for the del. i called and asked how they could do a ivestigation and never call me to even ask what happened, so they are judge and jury. found out that their driver and signed for del. i had to throw away approx 2,000.00 worth of chemical. how do you fight them. i have asked my shipper not to use them also they said that they called me which is a out right lie, if i had know that they had dropped it off i would have made to the wash . they suck all so notice all the response from company. probably a computer generated formed response , again you get no help. they must hire from the same group of people lowes, sams and Walmart hire from also if you notice the review that give a good rating they respond with their name and are so nice????
update!!!! t force picked up my shipment on July 6th, it took them 13 days to get it to me. they made an appointment for July 18th 8 to noon. at 4:30 i called the Colorado spring center. where's my order i have been here all day????? ooohhh i was told for some reason it was taken off of the truck ??? sorry. we will deliver tomorrow 8 to noon. my god you people just simply suck but on a bright note the Colorado Springs center answered their phone and were very pleasant to speak with. when this route was run by UPS it would normally take no more than 5 days to get my shipment. i just called because my shipment that they gave me a 8 to noon time frame has not showed up even though they had told me it would be their first stop. its 11:30 and they just said it would be leaving yard very soon. i think even the employees know that this company sucks because they don't make any excesses. so, I think it's their upper management.

Read moreBEWARE - Google reviews are bad bad bad. And TForce's Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating is an "F". Our experience with TForce: TERRIBLE - wish I could post zero stars. Our organization has been attending conferences for two decades, and we always opt to work directly with and ship to/from hotels who provide UPS and/or FedEx services. This time, we agreed to use TForce, because of limited shipping options in the area and logistics. Shipping to the event - - we worked closely with a TF rep and followed specific instructions. We shipped 27 days in advance to get "early bird" pricing and guarantee early delivery. One week before the event, our shipment (97 pound case) was no where to be found - I invested days investigating, calling, emailing, gathering information, and designing "Plan B" with event staff and our team. FedEx was actually super helpful and demonstrated proof of delivery. The TForce team was short, rude, and never claimed responsibility, nor did their team offer to help. DAY OF the event, the case miraculously showed up DAMAGED - no explanation, empathy, no accountability. Last day of event, breakdown, packing - we followed specific instructions and departed the event site Friday, September 1. Because of the holiday, we were told our case would get shipped 9/5/23. Return shipping process - last day of the event, TForce was quick to email us an invoice which charged us for "late shipping" (not accurate), "transportation fees" (driver had to go pick up our case 1 hour away - not accurate), incorrect weight and shipping charges compared to initial quote. I requested a refund for invoice errors - refund was given. Tracking numbers provided didn't reveal any shipping progress, TF reps provided different tracking numbers which also didn't reveal tracking information; no one could confirm when/if our case would arrive. Our case was dropped off and left in the middle of our office entry - no person - no confirmation - on...9/25/23. 20 days for delivery. TERRIBLE communication, terrible customer service,...
Read moreOur interaction with TForce Logistics in Denver was the worst delivery experience we have ever had. Read the other reviews, our experience was not an outlier.
We were having a large item delivered, and were called by TForce to arrange a delivery window, which set for a 6 hour window the following week. We wait for the entire 6 hours for the delivery, and they never show up. We call TForce to find out what happened - the scheduler states they had 'misplaced' the shipment. When asked why they hadn't called to let us know so we didn't waste half a day - the scheduler states 'we didn't have your phone number', never mind that they had called us a few days earlier. The supervisor 'Sean' states that they have located the shipment and will deliver during a 6 hour window the following day.
Next day, same thing happens, we wait for 6 hours, they don't show, they don't call. We call, ask what happened, they state they didn't have a lift gate truck available, but will try again the day after next. Never mind that the shipment is a 20' long tube and lift gate wouldn't help. We talk to the manager 'John' in 'the shack' and he promises that he will personally insure the package is loaded and will be there the next day at 9am. You guessed it, the next day no one shows up and no call. On the fourth attempt they finally deliver the package, no lift gate is used, and the driver states it was never lost.
To summarize, the office staff lied to us multiple times, were rude, made promises they didn't keep, wasted 18 hours of our time over 4 days, and close to 2 hours on the phone. TForce Denver is an embarrassment to UPS Freight and an embarrassment to Sunsetter awnings who used them for...
