Taco Bell — Restaurant in Commerce City

I visited this location and had a horrible experience. For starters I waited at the order box for 10 minutes before they said anything to me then another 10 after. It was late and still open so I waited. I ordered 3 meals. Quesadilla combo all chicken sofft shell with a pineapple freeze, burrito supreme combo beef soft shell with a Sprite, and a beef crunch wrap combo with a mango tea. I also asked for diablo sauce. When I got to the window I changed the pineapple freeze for the mango tea, but she still charged me for the freeze which was 60 cents more. When I drove off there was no napkins no sauce and no straws and 2 of the tacos was wrong . So I went to the door to return the taco's but the door was locked. The lady seen me and motioned me to go back through the driver thru. Nowwe... I was car number 1 if 8 cars in line. So I figured il eat My food while I return their food, I look in the bag and there's no sauces. Si nowwe I can't eat it and it's getting cold and soggy.i got to the window 30 minutes later. I explained to the lady what happened And she got belligerent and irate with me right away. Saying just tell me what you want, and then yelled I'm not making all that food over and walked away from the widow. She told her manager that I was giving her trouble basically I said please bring the manager. The manager comes to the window and I tell her what happened and I say..i want her name because I'm calling in to complained because she's rude. The manager got upset and yelled call now then and slammed the driver through for in my face. Long story short I called the cops, they lied and I got no food and no refund. NEVER WILL I EVER VISIT THIS place AGAIN. SO...

Pink haired lady working drive thru doesn't know what she's doing. Handed me a drink then told me a total. I replied that it had already been paid for and she told me it hadn't been. I showed her that the money was taken off of my card and that the order said it was completed on the app to no avail. That's when she told me even though I hadn't paid for it that I could just "take the drink and leave" giving me no other options and obviously not paying any attention to what was actually going on. i was already in line for 15-20 mins and hungry. She had no idea I ordered food she thought it was just a soda (because she got my order mixed up with someone else's) I showed her my order AGAIN and read off the items I should've received with my box combo That's when I asked if there was any way I could have the food made and I'd pay again if necessary. She required assistance from a manager when I told him what was going on he had no words other than "it'll be right out" . Not only was I accused of being rude for being firm about having already paid for my food and not wanting to feel robbed when she finally handed me my food she had the nerve to tell me "it was because you didn't tell me your name" "someone else ordered just a soda so I thought it was you" not ONCE did she ask for a name at any point as I've explained she had opportunities to fix this mistake before it got worse and instead of trying to remedy the situation she thought she would give me a drink that she thought I didn't pay for and send me on my way. Also after all of this still couldn't get my order right.... Not a good way to treat...

i experienced terrible service this evening at your location after several attempts at contacting the number listed for your branch i was unable to get through. The weather is terrible due to the snow so going back to get my order right is not an option. My simple order was a #6 Beef CHALUPA add NACHO cheese and PLEASE give us extra Hot sauce because the last time i was there i only got 2. The young man handed us our change without a receipt, i didn't ask for one at the moment because i don't need records for a $10 taco transaction, he then handed me my drink then the bag of Tacos which I immediately opened to count my tacos because this location is known to have made mistakes quite frequently with my orders. As my husband proceeded to leave the drive thru i said wait... not only did they forget to put napkins in the bag but there was no hot sauce when i had specifically asked for extra packets during my order. My husband stepped out of the vehicle and knocked on the window to once again request HOT sauce he handed us our sauce and we drove off into the snow to our hotel room to eat and get ready for our very special Valentine's Day date. We arrived opened up our Chalupas and they were CHICKEN! and of course the NACHO CHEESE!!! my favorite addition to my beloved CHALUPAS was not included. I am very disappointed because it is freezing i have things to do and going back out is so inconvenient and extremely out of my way therefore I am a very dissatisfied loyal Beef Nacho Cheese Chalupa eating Taco...
