LivWell Dispensary — Local services in Commerce City

I called around looking for some particular products. Unfortunately, I was given subpar treatment and customer service until I spoke with Josh (Red) at LivWell. I called his store and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful he was even though he wasn't sure about having what I wanted. Nevertheless, his kind and reassuring voice was what I wanted to hear after getting poor customer service on the phone from 2 other stores. I then went to his store to see and hear more. Unfortunately what I wanted was not available, but I already knew that and went to his store anyway. And there I met Rhianna (sp?) She is kind, personable, and helpful. She took the time to look online to help me find suitable products. I was there for about 10 minutes. Even though they did not have what I wanted, I purchased 2 items that I was OK with. Why? I’ve only been to LivWell once or twice, and never to this location. Every time, I’ve had a decent, 3/4-star experience, which resulted in me being high, and that was great.

Today, I decided to come in on a whim and didn’t quite know what to get. My budtender, Brett, literally walked me through every product, and explained his pros/cons to each. He was very quick to show me the stuff I was looking for, but he also found a way to teach me about certain things without wasting time (which was great, because I was in a hurry.)

All in all the sleekness of the location and the friendliness of the staff were worth a 5 on their own, but Brett is the reason I’ll be driving a little farther to come to this...

Product is like every other dispo so nothing really special to review about it. Staff however is trash, except for a few. The super helpful/knowledgeable friendly female whos name I wish I knew(found out it's Lala) Brian is super nice and always makes you feel welcome and Skylar is awesome at matching you with what you're looking for.. Other than that, don't expect to be greeted by balding red haired man, or to get your ID handed back to you as you handed it to them, or to get questions answered without it seeming like you're bothering them ...
