As a truck driver, I’ve been to hundreds of Chipotle locations across North America, and this one (5988 Dahlia St, Commerce City, CO 80022) is, without a doubt, the worst.

The employees care more about speed than quality, slapping ingredients into your burrito without draining the excess liquid. The result? A soggy, dripping mess that requires a stack of napkins just to manage.

The guacamole is far from fresh, with dark spots throughout, but at least they’re stingy with it—so you’re spared from eating too much of it. Both the brown and white rice, as well as the black and pinto beans, are of noticeably low quality. The staff doesn’t seem to care; their goal is to get you in and out as quickly as possible, not to serve good food.

For such a subpar experience, the price is outrageous—nearly $14 for a burrito after taxes. Despite this, the line is always 15-20 people deep, likely due to its location next to Walmart rather than any actual quality.

Somehow, we’ve forgotten what good food is, because this ain’t it.

On a positive note, the chips are decent—for store-bought quality.

I hope this feedback makes it to corporate because this location desperately needs...

First, it’s VERY rare that I write a review this bad. Typically I’m a very positive person but I had to warn people of this place. My experience started off with only three people in front of me and it took me at least 20 minutes to get my food. They skimped on every single thing except for rice, giving me tiny portions even though I was very polite. The first lady tried to use the burnt tortilla to wrap the burrito, and after miserably, failing, called over the second lady and threw away part of the insides when she switched tortillas and failed at wrapping a burrito to make it look like a burrito. The chips they gave me were half stale and mostly broken too. I then went to wash my hands and the women’s bathroom was out of order and the only bathroom available didn’t have soap or hand sanitizer, how are people supposed to have clean hands? Do the employees even wash their hands if there’s no soap? Last but not least, after finally getting my food and sitting down to eat, it was the most bland chipotle I have ever had. It didn’t even taste like chipotle, just like plain rice, even though I had all the toppings. I would not recommend this...

Usually my experience is good here especially when ordering online but tonight I went in and was discriminated, two girl infront of me got the regular amount of food you get kind of seemed like even more so. I come up next to give my order after seeing what the ladies infront of me got and from the start of my order got way less then I usually get them ask for more meat because it was less than half a scoop and got told it would be extra since I asked for more as it usually is way more meat, THEN when I ordered a bowl the bowl was less than half way full and got told it would be more because I got half steak half barabacoa and when I asked for the tortilla on the side of my bowl I got told it would also be extra, which they didn't charge the lady onfron of me extra for her tortilla for her bowl. I live in commerce city and come to this Chipotle often but I will NEVER come back here again after the rude customer service, half given food that I was charged Xtra for. And I will be calling a manager tomorrow. (FYI I AM WHITE AND HAS NEVER SUPORTED HILTER AKA...

Save yourself the annoyance. DO NOT go here DO NOT order from here. I am 100% convinced this location needs a serious restaffing or a full shut down and total new management. If you order online or by any app be prepared for a full RICE burrito....get lucky if you get 1 bite that contains whatever meat you ordered. Definitely be prepared to have missing items on any online order. If you go in to the location...be prepared to NOT, get what you ask for and god forbid you ask for extra spoon full of anything cause they double charge you and act like it was a hassle to give proper customer service on what they have on their own menu.... just dont do it...SAVE YOURSELF. (Please note: this review comes after multiple opportunities of giving this place the benefit of the doubt)

ALL but one thing isnt great about this place that kills it: the wrapping technique that a girl at this place uses sucks! it will ruin your experience at the end you’ll end up with a burrito that has beans and rice on one end and a gob of salsa, lettuce and guac on the other if meaning you’ll have to choose to start chewing a hot mix of guac and salsa or beans and rice i could eat this sideways i would but i can’t, just saying
