this is the Starbucks by my work unfortunately, and I'll be driving the extra two miles to Dutch Brothers or Einsteins instead going forward.
first episode is when I order via the app and three out of my four items- which I already paid for- are apparently unavailable due to supply shortage. fine, whatever- but update your app so you don't waste my time and money.
next situation is similar but far more frustrating. i wait in the drive thru and order an everything bagel and some coffee- the interaction begins by them asking if i want anything to eat, which i replied by asking if they had an everything bagel, they say yes. i request it warm with cream cheese and continue my order. get to the window, pay for my order. receive my coffee and then get told that my bagel is now unavailable because they sold it to someone else- after i already paid for it. employee offers me another bagel, to which i said i paid for an everything bagel and i want it refunded. they diddle on the register then grab another employee who asks what replacement bagel i want- a plain one- and tells me they will have the other refunded.
what ultimately ensues is a long wait- for no refund, attitude and not even the correct replacement- cinnamon raisin when i can't even eat cinnamon; and on top of that, no cream cheese for said random bagel they decided to give me. when i go to address this with the employee, i'm given defensive attitude as if i am the one responsible for this whole ordeal, and have the window slammed in my face for saying this whole situation was bullsh!t- because it absolutely was.
last i checked all i did was order and pay for an item they couldn't provide, and was charged full price for a replacement item i couldn't even consume and even there got ripped off on the cream cheese upcharge. HELLA disappointed with this lack of customer service; and won't...

However the work station was disgusting! I have literally NEVER been in a Starbucks where the workstation was so dirty!
At first I began to wonder if they had just been through a crazy rush.
However it was calm while I was there and the two baristas (not Drew) working the station made no effort to clean up after themselves! They just kept making drinks...The only reason I had confidence to drink my drink was because it never made it over to that station!
I did however, wonder how many people in the drive thru would have accepted their drink had they seen the work station it was prepared in.
It's a shame they didn't take more pride in their work, definitely NOT Starbucks quality and not a location I would recommend!
I don't imagine that I will be returning to this location anytime soon. It was my first visit and I must say I am definitely glad I took the time to go inside rather than using the drive thru so I could see how poorly the cleanliness standards of this location are... scary thing is, I am not one to notice this kind of thing...so it has to be pretty bad for me to notice and be grossed out enough to say...I won't be returning here...if you do decide to visit this location.
I suggest going inside and checking out the work station prior to placing your order!

Read moreIt’s crazy. My drink was remade four times the last time I know they didn’t remake it. They literally just handed it back to me. After taking it back inside. First they gave me a hot drink when I asked for an ice drink then they gave me a tall instead of a Venti and tried to tell me that it was gonna be more than when she rang it up like I told her to it was actually two dollars cheaper. The kid that took my order was unprofessional. I don’t know how many times I said a quad shot of blonde espresso over ice in a Venti cup with oat milk and 6 pumps of chai and sweet vanilla cream foam with a dash of cinnamon !!!! I still ended up with regular espresso instead of blonde regular espresso is acidic messes with my stomach !!! I’m about to take my money. I’m invest in my own equipment to make my stuff at home or find me a different establishment. We moved down the road from this one, but they’re definitely not going to be getting my money anymore. It’s really not that hard I gave them step-by-step instructions on what I wanted. Still ended up with an $8 drink I can’t drink!!!!! And not to mention, this is the third time I’ve been there And them not...
