Ok, a couple of months ago, I placed an order for take out and I had a coupon for only thighs and drums. Don't know what part she did not understand but I got breasts. I also got it in original recipe. When I got home the bucket where the chicken was placed in had about a half a cup of grease pouring out of it. Should have saved it and taken a picture of it. The chicken fell apart like if it has been sitting in the warmer and grease for a long time. The biscuits weren't so tasty.
Ok, so now just a few weeks ago I placed an order for delivery and had ordered crispy recipe this time. Chicken was good but the biscuits for some reason just like all the other times I have ordered, they looked cooked but they just crumbled and literally fell apart. The chicken sandwiches also tasted old and not fresh. Also the drink I also had ordered tasted like the spouts need to be cleaned and sanitized.
Ok, now just the other day I ordered thru the app and received my order, unfortunately they forgot to add some items. For one the biscuits, no loss just because they are not so tasty. Asked for napkins and plates but they also forgot to add them. Asked for butter for the biscuits even though I initially did not receive them but to only get hot sauce and no butter. I did not even ask for hot sauce. Again I had also ordered a drink. It also tasted like it needed a deep cleaning or maybe they just don't clean them often like they should. Ok, I'm gonna have to add that the plasticware also has a funky smell to it. You can almost taste it. I couldn't place it back then and could smell it on several orders I've placed since. I possibly thought that the food sides were spoiled. I definitely urge for management to check the plasticware because it definitely has a weird smell to it. Might be chemicals but can also affect someone's well being. Just saying. Also another thing too is the horseplay. I don't mind it but when it gets out of hand and you can hear the profanity, where do you draw the line. You're at work act like you have some professionalism. Enough said on horseplay. You get the idea. Don't know who is worse- KFC or Popeyes. š
Ok, so today I placed my order. Got it crispy recipe and it was good. Tasted fresh. I got there early. That's probably why. š Again the biscuits are still the same. Crumbly. Also the plasticware still has the same smell. Again for management please check all you plasticware. It does have a funky smell. Not to sure about the corn, did not taste sweet like advertised. It actually was dry, not sure its supposed to be that way. Hopefully in the near future I'll give an update. For now it stands at...

Then we back 1 week later and got the same order that was owed to me got home chicken was so nasty and old my girls even got sick called again and they said we are so sorry we will replace it and was told they were going to put my name on the list all i want it what i paid for the 1st time. So today I went in spoke with DAVID rude manager told me he was not going to give me chicken for the 3rd time and he had told jason if I came in not to give me my order. I told him he was acting like i was trying to get free chicken. Asked for corporate number and was rude about giving it to me. So NEVER will i go there again. Update so i just recieved a call from JASON the manager stating i am not allowed to go back in kfc which is stupid because apparently that was the 3rd time i was trying to get my right order. And still aurging with me that the chicken was fresh i should of taken a picture. Well as for KFC customer sevice doesnt mean anything to them there. Screw you and david believe me i will share with story with all my family and friends. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. and believe me i dont need your nasty...

Was not told there would be a wait until after I paid and though there was nobody behind me at the time, was asked to park and wait. After being made to wait for my food in 102 degree weather, I grabbed my own container to get some ice water, and the manager tried telling me that it's $1 to get some ice after I had already grabbed it. When I explained that I'm being made to wait for a product that should have already been ready (otherwise what's the point of a drive through?). He then tried telling me that I need to leave a good review instead. The store also has a paper on the drive through window stating that you have to leave a good review if you want a water cup.
It is pathetic that the only way they get reviews is by buying them, not through...
