I love Cutco products and this Cutco store. Both Alex and Ben are super courteous, professional and proactive! Alex made some great product recos, and also sharpened some of my knives in store and sent some off to the company that needed further maintenance. I bought a bunch of knives based on his reco. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended products accordingly. He also hosted a private knife skills event for my family. My husband, and 2 kids- 20 and 18 yr old, really enjoyed learning efficient techniques of cutting in a safe manner! They are budding chefs so it was very useful. Shout out to Cutco knives from olean ny. Back in the day, pre 2000, they hired college students to go door to door to sell their knives. I bought a set from one of our friends daughter who was a rep. I still have the knives. At first they were so sharp I had a learning curve not to cut myself. The knives are guaranteed for life. About 10 years ago I broke off the tip of our pairing knife. I sent it back to them the sent me a new knife. Well today I called them because my knife block rotted and broke in two pieces. Can you believe they are going to replace it for half off price. After maybe 30 something years! Got to love small...
