The people working the counter are always knowledgeable and efficient whether in person or calling in. The people in the back consistently pack our orders correctly. When searching the front everything is clean and organized to make it easy to find material. Overall it is wonderfully managed and I’m proud to be a customer for 20+yrs.

Most of my order disappeared somehow. Salespeople were slimy and apathetic. I placed a big order and they delivered a small portion of it, after reassuring me it was all ready.
