I have nothing but good things to say! I went to the store to check it out and I was welcomed into the space immediately. I have anxiety about sales people because I don't like being hounded but that was not the case here. They showed me what I was looking for and let me look around peacefully.

Ryan was the associate I worked with and he was amazing. The TV stand I wanted was not in stock but he called the company/warehouse to check and find out a timeline and was waiting to hear back. I left and Ryan sent me information and an invoice for the piece. He called a little bit later to let me know he heard back and despite originally thinking I would t be able to get the piece until September, they found one stand available in the warehouse for immediate shipping! Ryan also knew I was moving and made it so easy to ensure the piece would be delivered and followed up with me every step of the way from invoicing, tracking, and delivery. Collectic home is amazing! This is by far the best furniture store in Austin (or anywhere I've been) and I would not buy furniture anywhere else. If I see something from any furniture brand or reseller, I always see if Joni and Collectic can provide it or if Joni has any recommendations for similar pieces. This store has amazing selection at every price range, and Joni has excellent recommendations. I've gotten great design advice and found brands I would have never found without talking to Joni. I've taken pieces directly from the showroom and also have worked with Joni to review fabric swatches and order custom and designer pieces. I've furnished my entire 1000 sq. ft. home with Joni (bar stools, kitchen table and chairs, sofa, ottoman, media stand, reading chair, bed frame, night stands, lamps, dresser) and could not be happier. I had just moved to Austin with no furniture so I desperately needed some right away. I stumbled upon Collectic Home’s page while scrolling through FB Marketplace and I am so happy that I did. They had a photo of a small sectional that I really like so I messaged and they told me to come in and check it out. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately amazed at how amazing their selection of high quality yet affordable furniture and home decor were. I ended up checking out the sectional and absolutely loved it at first glance! Joni and her son were amazing! The store was amazing! Their hospitality is unmatched!
