I have been very pleased with customer service. I ordered a set of kettle bells and was informed they oversold. I was given a refund and a discount code for future purchase. Some time later i purchased a yoga mat. It was lost in delivery and customer service helped me work with FedEx to try and locate it. It was determined to be lost and I was given a full refund. I later received an email in regards to the kettle bells i previously had ordered, that they were coming back in stock.
