The standout feature of my visits was undoubtedly the outstanding customer service provided by Elijah and Josh, who I had the pleasure of interacting with on different occasions.
Elijah's expertise in all things jewelry was evident as he guided me through the selection process, helping me choose the most exquisite pieces for both my girlfriend and sister. His attention to detail and ability to understand exactly what I was looking for made the experience truly enjoyable.
Similarly, Josh's assistance in purchasing my first Omega Speedmaster was exceptional. His knowledge of the product combined with his friendly demeanor made the transaction seamless and enjoyable.

It has been a few months since my original review, and I wanted to share an update on our continued experience with Korman Fine Jewelry. Since my initial visit, we have built a wonderful relationship with Elijah Davis, who is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional sales consultants I've ever encountered. Elijah’s extensive knowledge of jewelry and watches, combined with his genuine and approachable manner, makes each visit not only enjoyable but truly memorable. He has a unique ability to make us feel valued and never pressured, further enhancing our shopping experience.
Since our first purchase in April, we have returned to Korman multiple times to acquire additional watches, jewelry, and gifts for friends and family. Korman has truly become our go-to for all our fine jewelry needs, and will remain so in the future.
We deeply appreciate the time and effort invested in each of our visits. While Elijah remains our primary point of contact, the entire Korman staff consistently goes above and beyond to enhance our experience. Read moreI took an inherited Rolex here for servicing because I wanted to support a local business and to go through an authorized Rolex Service Center. An acquaintance had recommended Korman and said they'd take care of me. While I am pleased with the actual repairs done on the watch and my interactions with the watch repair staff, I had some off-putting interactions with the floor staff at drop-off and pickup.
I know I don't look like a person who buys nice jewelry, but I still expected to be guided through the process as it was my first experience servicing an expensive watch. I felt like the staff moved very briskly and rushed through the process, in addition to making a few errors.
The major error was at drop-off. I wrote my contact information on a card for the salesperson to add to my account, and only after leaving the store and looking at the receipt did I notice that both my address and phone number had been incorrectly transcribed. If I had not noticed the errors and called the store to correct this information, Korman would not have been able to contact me when the watch was ready. This made me feel less secure about leaving my watch with Korman, especially since I was entrusting them with a family heirloom.
When my watch was ready for pickup, I only received a text message notifying me. This felt unusual for such an expensive service. This is in contrast to when the watch repair was quoted - I received a phone call directly from the watch staff and we had a lovely conversation. I had also expected a phone call when the watch was ready, and a follow-up when I was unable to pick up the watch for a week, but received neither.
At both drop-off and pickup, I felt uncomfortable and out of place. I would have appreciated more cues that acknowledged my presence as a valued customer - "If you'll just wait right here, let me check on that and I'll be back with you shortly." "Feel free to browse or you can wait in one of these chairs while I look into your watch." "Sorry this receipt is taking a minute to print. How is your day going? Any plans for the holidays?" I mostly felt ignored rather than being engaged with while I was waiting.
I know that I'm not their standard clientele, but I have been in both high-end and mid-range jewelry stores as a customer and have never felt like this. A watch servicing may be a routine process for some people, but it was my first time and I was spending a lot of money to entrust them with a sentimental item. The moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with warm smiles and a genuine interest in helping you find something you will love. I highly recommend Korman for the quality of service, range of options to explore, expertise and knowledge of the staff, and friendly, comfortable atmosphere.
Ahead of our wedding, my fiancé and I decided to buy each other watches we could wear on the big day and enjoy forever. Cheesy? Probably. But a fun excuse to go shopping together, add to the collection, and invest in beautiful timepieces.
Sierra in particular deserves a special shoutout. She was supremely thoughtful and patient as we bounced around the store and explored (many) different watches. She explained the nuances of different models and provided valuable, insightful opinions that helped my fiancé and I find watches that met our respective styles. I felt that Sierra really took the time and care to consider what we were looking for — plus, she was just a delight to work with!
Sometimes jewelry stores get a bad rep for being "pushy" or attempting to upsell clients. My fiancé and I did not feel this for a second at Korman (and we certainly have at other stores in town). We walked away with a stunning Aqua Terra for my fiancé and our name on the list for a watch for me (fingers crossed it becomes available before the wedding day!). It's nice to do business with nice people you can trust. We look forward to returning to Korman in the future and recommending the store to our friends.
EDIT: Ahead of the wedding, Sierra (who unfortunately at the time of writing this edit has left Korman) let us know that my watch was available. She and the Korman team took great care in adjusting the bracelet to my wrist size, celebrating the purchase with champagne, and making the moment feel special.
