I understand businesses which dont want people using the bathroom publically and the issues that come with doing so. However having a nose in the air attitude about it is not cool. Furthermore when yiur store is empty and the person explains they were recentlyrecently evicted, living in their car, and is noticably fending off the floating teeth from spilling on the floor, you would think basic human caring would come into play. Well now you can guarantee that me and mine will never use your precious luxurious stockroom porcelain throne nor go as far as drop a penny anywhere near by. Maybe one time nature calls and you drop a deuce in your drawers because you ran out of money helping a perfect stranger.... Oh now we are in a dream... their milk is cheap, tastes awful, and super expensive. The woman employee was rude and the owner/ manager has horrible customer service skills. I bought an iPhone cable charger a week ago and it started acting up. I took it back and the new guy who doesn’t speak a lick of English called someone and was told to come back in the morning. I told them I work early and get out til the evening 5sh. Their excuse is that the new guy doesn’t t know how to do refunds. I explained I want an exchange. He still told me over the phone to come back in the morning. I’m fed up with them. No wonder their store is usually empty. I cannot recommend this wonderful little shop highly enough…. Customer Service should receive 10 stars ratings all by itself.. These kind gentleman treat every customer with the utmost respect. This is the type of attention to detail that separates this little Oasis of retail into something truly special. A VERY SPECIAL Thanks U, needs to be extended to these fine people who treat me like I am their best customer… This team of retail untouchables have continually gone the extra mile for me so often…. it boggles the average shoppers mind. IMHO The best small store in Ah 250 mile radius… so do yourself an huge favor and head on over to this local and check em’ out.
