It a great place if you are looking at low budget but if you are deciding between here and another place and the difference is only 50 dollars or less then go for the more expensive. The apartments are okay but there is never any parking close to were you live and the parking spot got remodel while i was living there and there are still put holes don't take my word for it look around yourself. The laundry place is the worst the machines don't work and even if you submit a request to get the fix they don't the washing machines don't produce hot water and there are only like 4 dryers that work the others leave your clothes wet. They have a fitness room but there are only a few machines and although no one uses them i did and the treadmill is one of the things i use and it was constantly stopping on its owned and after a submitted a work request they set it up wrong and it made a loud noise so i finally stop using them and just went to the gym. As for my experience i got approve around Christmas so i told them that it wasn't a problem for me to start on January the 1 to start fresh but they said that it wont be a problem to start after Christmas i notified them that i wanted everything to go smoothly that first day on the 27 since that was a Monday when the office reopens and they said no problem. To my luck i got there with the moving trunk as soon as they open and they told me that they could not give me the keys because there was a water lick and they were fixing and cleaning it. I got upset because i told them that i didn't want something like this to happened because i had to ask for the day off. they said sorry but we were not here because of the xmas holiday so there is nothing they could have done so after arguing with them i had enough and they gave me my keys until 1pm so was really unhappy. After that my mailbox was broken the previous attendant probably wanted to force it open but they took a week to replace the lock. So off to a bad start. But while living there the neighbors are not noisy and the apartment was okay there are a lot of people that own dogs and a lot of them don't clean their dogs dropping but that on them personally not the apartments fault just though i added because i did step on dog dropping throughput my lease . so if you can take care of yourself and don't require help from the front desk its great but when you do need help the only ones that can help you are maintance man themselves but from what i notice they are constantly understaff the ladies in the front desk can not do anything and if there a problem they try to blow you off by saying ill call you, send you email or ill will take care of it. When they can do anything until you constantly have to keep coming back and ask them again and again. if you decide to live here make sure to have proof of everything because they would try to take advantage of you. so again if low budget is good then take it but make sure you have patience and are able to take care of things yourself. Look around try again before you decide because for my renewal they wanted to charge me 778 for 15 months and i found a way better place for 40 dollars less they did have a move in special but at the same time that's 520 that i save because my term for this new place is for 13 months normally i don't write reviews but they do have an impact on a person because even i do look at reviews but i look at all because some people just write reviews because they didn't get approve or something in that nature so don't just look at the rating read and decide if that person is being honest or just writing to blow off steam...
Read more0 stars if allowed bc there is nothing good here. One of the worst Apts I've lived in.
Maintenance is nonexistent. I've submitted multiple requests of water leaking from my ceiling and it have not been looked at. Because they have not fixed the first water leak, it is not causing leaks in multiple areas around the first leak. With all the moisture building up in the ceilings, I'm pretty sure there is now plenty of mold. Water spots on the ceiling are growing by the day. There was a major water leak in the bathroom ceiling and all they did was caulk up the leaks and repainted the ceiling, did not open up the ceiling to check for the source so I'm pretty sure not fixing that problem has caused the other leaks to happen. Garbage disposal has not worked for months, they closed my maintenance ticket and said the issue has been resolved when clearly it has not. Toilet has not been flushing properly since I moved in and again, closed the maintenance ticket without actually fixing it.
Management also changed back in dec/Jan and there has been a whole lot of problems with them double charging me for rental insurance and electricity claiming I did not have those set up myself, when I did and send all the paperwork when i first moved in. Took multiple emails to resolve. Front desk staff aren't much help since they're always changing and new. I have emailed them on top of submitting maintenance requests and they have not responded at all.
Laundry room has been closed for months! Parking gate doesn't work, so no sense of security. I refuse to leave my car in the complex if I'm traveling.
Look at the mold that's building OUTSIDE the apt buildings. If they aren't using the right materials or taking care of the outside the the buildings, can't even imagine how bad the materials are that are hidden.
Rent is increasing over 50% for a renewal with no improvements on anything! Avg of $1300-1600 for a 1 bedroom apt here when there are brand new much nicer places with more amenities for less! If you see a lot of available Apts on one property (like this one), it's not a good sign, it means no one is renewing and staying for a reason! Run the other way!
Do not move in! All other reviews about how terrible this...
Read moreWhere do I even begin? If you're thinking of moving in, just ask yourself: Do I enjoy moldy air, trash-lined sidewalks, and surprise fines? Because this place has it all.
Breathing is optional at this complex, because thanks to the always-present mold and the delightful mildew aroma wafting from the AC vents, fresh air is a luxury. Every deep breath feels like a gamble. Bonus points for the constant weed smell that hits you like a wall every time the air kicks on. Even Snoop Dogg would be proud.
Maintenance? Oh, they’ll “complete” your requests. As in—they’ll mark them as completed without ever showing up. It's like a magic trick, but without the fun or resolution.
Pet-friendly? Only if your definition includes being fined $100 because someone somewhere took a photo of dog poop and decided it must be your pet because you walked by. Forget due process—around here, it’s snap, fine, repeat. Makes you wonder if they hand out cameras with the leases.
Dog park? More like a fenced drainage ditch with no fence. Your dog will love the chance to play in a mosquito-infested trench!
And yes, there are homeless people living under the pool deck, bathing using the spigot right outside my front door.
No washer/dryer hookups, but don’t worry—the onsite machines are either broken or broken-er.
No overhead lights, no ceiling fans, no microwave, no ice machine and no pantry—because who needs convenience?
Bathtubs, sinks, and appliances are all painted over. Because why replace when you can just slap a coat of paint on mildew?
That “security gate”? The code is literally posted on the keypad box, and the “camera” watching it is clearly fake. So secure!
Still don’t have a mailbox key. But hey—maybe that’s a blessing?
Green-tinted pool the size of a puddle, with the sweet sound of blaring Tejano music 24/7.
Neighbors = nosy, loud, and occasionally yelling outside at 2am. Or 2pm. Or both.
Monthly (sometimes biweekly) eviction threats emailed to the entire complex as a "reminder" because why not terrorize the whole tenant list?
This place is like a haunted house of bad decisions—except the ghosts are mold spores and inadequate management.
Proceed with caution (and...
