My sister and I stopped by to check out what the Lip Lab experience was all about. Diana is a color theory wizard! I usually wear a super vampy shade, but it's a bit too much for daytime. So, I challenged Diana to create a vampy nude that leaned more brown than purple. She absolutely nailed it! I now wear the nude lipstick and liner every day while having it still feel bold.

My sister just got engaged and wanted a less bold signature shade that she could wear to all her wedding events. Once again, Diana delivered! She created a shade my sister loved, and she even wore it to her engagement party. It also photographed quite nicely.

We had such a fun experience at Lip Lab--it's a really fun idea for a bachelorette party!

Tips: Confirm your appointment by email a couple of days in advance. They'll cancel if you don't. (I forgot to confirm, but thankfully, they were still able to accommodate us that day!) Main concern was with the not restroom available. When we asked to use restroom, we were told “oh, we don’t have a PUBLIC restroom, but you can walk across the street to the hotel.” If I am a client and have a 1.5 hr session booked, drove in from out of town, and the location is next to Hermes, how can there NOT be. Restroom for clients?!?? Another issue was that at the start of our session, the employees appeared disorganized-I had to ask for tissue to clean off the lipstick, she then absentmindedly gave us Hand Sanitizer to clean our lips instead of micellar water. Finally, she kept asking the girl next to her about going to break for lunch. Makes clients feel like you want to rush them out. I had to finally show her 3 lipsticks I wear for her to mix correct color. She had difficulty. I will say. The product is amazing-I was a big fan of BITE, but these customer service kinks need to be worked out or they will have few...

Such a fun and awesome experience!!!! My mom and I went for the first time for my birthday. We usually get very nervous and uncomfortable to express ourselves in makeup places because we are usually met with unkindness or judgement, but that was the complete opposite here!!! My mom and I decided to make a dark grey matte lipstick and Kamairah helped us and did an amazing job!!! By the time we left the whole staff was invested in seeing the color I made and all of them were so excited they all ditched their current makeup and were wearing the swatch of the unique color we made! They made us go from feeling like we didn’t belong in there to leaving feeling like it was the best birthday gift/experience I’ve ever received!!!!
