Staff was so rude and unwelcoming!!!! I came by Sunday, Jan 26 around noon, there were two girls working i believe one blonde and the other brunette. I had been eyeing these two necklaces on their site and wanted to go in to potentially buy. When i walk in, i pass by the two employees that look me up and down and don’t say a word. I went grab the necklaces i was looking at to try on and i keep seeing that the girls are trying to discretely watch me and ONLY me. A few girls walk in and they’re quick to greet them and ask if there’s anything they need help looking for etc. As i keep browsing the two girls keep trying to get closer to watch me as if i were to steal or something of that sort!!! Another two girls walk in to the exact same area i was at and the girl walks up and ask them if they need help and we’re super attentive. At this point everything was super uncomfortable for me and i wanted to get the necklace and just leave. As i turn around and try to get the girls attention they IGNORE me fully and keep trying to “assist others” that were clearly just browsing when I’m trying to give them service!!! I found it very disrespectful and just straight up frustrating that if you dont appeal to them physically they’ll just disregard u. I ended up just walking out disappointed and found another jewelry stand across the street to buy a necklace from the sweetest lady. Keep on mind...

I’ve been going to gorjana since they’ve opened their location on south Congress. The jewelry is affordable & good quality however every time I go into the store the associates NEVER greet me, not a hello, not a smile, no acknowledgement I’m in the store. I usually just ignore it, get the piece I came for & checkout. My husband took me in for Mother’s Day, store is pretty empty one other couple is in there. No one greeted us, nothing so we left walked down the street to Kendra Scott. 10000x better, was greeted by multiple associates, asked if I needed anything etc. overall a better experience and they had bouquets & samples they were giving out at checkout for Mother’s Day. The jewelry is stunning but the customer service was even better. Give my girl Anna a raise! 10000/10 customer service!! I came in last weekend because I needed help figuring out how to open the clasp on a bracelet I had just bought. Not only did Anna let me exchange my bracelet for a new one (same style but with an easier clasp) but she was so patient and showed me how to open and close the clasp and let me practice it before I left the store!!
