Just had one of the rudest customer service experiences and I’m just shocked because of how unnecessary it all was. I came to exchange sunglasses for a different size and she cut me off at every sentence telling me I had the smallest size when I was trying to explain to her that it was a medium. Then she pulls the wrong ones up on her iPad and I tell her that this is a different version and she cut me off again to explain that there are no differences…. Ultimately it turns out, there was a smaller size but she couldn’t see it on her iPad because she was looking at the wrong sunglasses, like I tried to say before she cut me off. Read moreI read a lot of review of rude staff here, but it was all untrue. I actually found everyone to be super helpful -- particularly Angela behind the counter. She helped me re-size some Wayfarers that had arrived warped in the mail by the Texas heat. I mean, she was super accommodating, and didn't mind at all when I kept asking for slight adjustments to get the fit just right. I inquired about the bad reviews. She said: "oh, those people don't work here any more."
So, rest assured. This place is great. 5-stars great. Like, "spending 20-min for free to make an experience right for the customer" great. Trust, you're in...

I came in on the weekend and Kristyn (black female) made some passive aggressive unprofessional remarks that ruined my day, and the other cashier even chuckled. Cannot in good conscience keep these sunglasses. I buy a new pair every couple years and it enrages me that I was treated like this.
