I'd like to shout- out LEAH and the Love Weld- Austin (Flagship location- North Lamar) for the truly wonderful and amazing experience. Leah was so helpful from the moment we arrived. I explained that my mother has terminal cancer and that this was a birthday gift from her, a piece of her I can keep long after she is gone. Leah did her best to make the experience special, and I will forever be grateful. My mother wanted me to have her birthstone on my bracelet but wasn't sure there were any in stock. Leah went searching and found the exact one we were searching for. When it came time for fitting, she was so knowledgeable with making sure it fit just right and wasn't too tight/loose.

I got my first piece from Love Weld back in 2020. I’ve never gone anywhere else since. I originally chose them because they were the only shop in Austin to have white gold. I continue to go to them because of how attentive & helpful they are. Their prices are comparable to other permanent jewelry places but you get such a great experience with Love Weld that you definitely get more value for your money. I’ve been wearing a hand chain from them since 2020 and it has not broken once; despite the many, many times I have been irresponsible and gotten it caught on things. What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional.
