Iāll start this review by saying Iām a loyal fan of this brand, and have been for years. The company produces high quality items that usually never let me down. Every once in awhile, I find myself with a piece, where the seam starts to undo or something along that nature. And in every instance that this has happened, Iāve brought the item to the store to see about a replacement, keeping their company policy in mind. And every time, an employee has been more than helpful in finding me a replacement. Well I went in today, to this location off of W. 6th and spoke with a young lady (long blonde hair) and she completely dismissed my concerns for my two shirts, where the inside seam had completely undone. I explained to her these two items were less than a year old and this should not be happening. Her ONLY response was āsorry it looks like youāve outworn the shirtā. I told her in the past, particularly this store, has helped replace faulty items for me. She claimed I was mistaken and that was not their policy. Not only did she offer zero help to me, a customer, she also laughed about it, as if something was funny. Maybe she thought it was funny that two shirts that I paid a premium for were slowly but surely failing apart at the seams. Iāll live without these shirts, itās honestly no problem. What really caught me off guard was this employeeās careless attitude and the nonchalant laugh in my face. My goal here is not to talk poorly about this brand or their quality. My goal is that someone in management sees this review and can maybe offer some customer service training to this young lady. Because her current knowledge of the company and how to treat the companyās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been a lululemon customer for 7+ years and had my first truly poor experience with this locations manager, Tisha. Both my husband and I have instructor discounts, and weāve bought each other things over the years. Today, when trying to buy clothes for my husband per usual, Tisha told me that she wouldnāt do that. She said that I could be stealing his identity (even though I have my own discount and was trying to buy menās clothes) and that I would have to prove we were married. When I asked how/why we would do that, she said that we would need to bring in our IDs to show that we have the same last name. I found this conversation offensive on so many levels. As I continued to ask questions (this was clearly out of line and out of policy) she cut me off by saying aggressively āTHE ANSWER IS NOā. Pro tip: If you live in Austin & need to buy lulu go to the Domain location. The staff there doesnāt treat you like criminals and they have a much better selection. Thatās what Iāll be doing (as well as rolling this up to their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited this Lululemon location and had an amazing experience thanks to Jess.
She was not only knowledgeable about the products, but also incredibly attentive to my needs. Jess encouraged me to try on some pieces I wouldn't have thought to try on myself and helped me find the perfect shirt (first Lululemon purchase, and I was just visiting Austin from Toronto!)
Her expertise and genuine interest in helping me find what I was looking for made all the difference. Jess was supportive and I didn't feel pressured or stressed while shopping...
While we have plenty of Lululemon stores in Toronto, I'd likely swing by this store next time I'm visiting! The store may not be the biggest, but Jess is...
