Very much a minimum viable product scenario. Coffee flavor was nice, and the mildly burnt-sugar taste of the beans fits the vibe well. That said, the coffew was like lukewarm even though I picked it up immediately, the staff is bumbling, and there is no ability to add your own creamer to your drink--staff has to do it, and they invariably add too much. The space is also overly sparse, so much so that it misses the mark on the industrial aesthetic I assume they're going for. It'll be interesting to see how this concept evolves, but given the number of misses in this experience I won't be trying it again for a while.

I asked if they do refills in a customers thermos cup, to which I received a fast “no we don’t.” I asked if self service condiments were available to fix my coffee to my taste, to which I received another emphatic “no”. I wasn’t even offered or asked what I would like in my coffee. I had to conduct FBI- style interrogation to get an idea of what my choices are. On top of that, they have no half-and-half, no honey, and no sugar in the raw. Your only choices are almond milk or whole milk, and Stevia or regular refined sugar. Go puff? I’ll go somewhere else.
I will say, if you like black coffee, the...
Read moreAwesome service and a cute outdoor seating area. We ordered a matcha milkshake and a s’mores milkshake and now we have to come back to try the rest of their goodies. The milkshakes weren’t overly sweet and had a nice density. The s’mores shake has mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips (which I love) that can make it difficult to drink.. maybe I just need a boba straw next time. They also have some pastries available as well. For the quality and service, an hour drive is easily worth the...
