Your company does not value customer service. I was a customer in the DC location 500 H Street, NE, I was in line waiting to get rung by the cashier Tiaz a black American, I have a disability and I was telling him how I would like my bags packed w less groceries. He left from the register didn't complete. ringing me, which was register(4) a Associate manager came over and greeted me in an unpleasant manner, her name was Aisha' whom chose to finishing ringing me and she was trying to rush me. Your customer service is disgusting. There is know way I will ever come back to this chain again! I'm a person, 2nd. I'm a patron whom help keep your store open. You don't know how important it is to appreciate customer know. Your value of Customer s coming to your store after the Pandemic as to Walmart, and Giant Food chains is second to none.
This lady never apologized for the cashier"s behavior, do you think I really want to spend the amount of money in your chain store when your Associates don't appreciate the important's when a customer walk in your store and get service. You people don't do any favors you just think your merchandise is that greater of a value that your employee's just to get a lousy paycheck, how pitiful. I practice law and you will never have to be concern of me ever patronizing to your chains ever again. When I discuss about your Chains and how your Associates treat customers I will give a bad comment. Read moreUnfortunately today there was another incident at Whole Foods Bloor and Avenue Road Toronto . A woman was holding a dog in her hands at level with the food displays. I approached the produce employee and he said I had to go to front desk. Front desk hesitated to get involved and when I told them that only service dogs with papers are allowed in food areas, she did call the manager. The woman came over to me and said I was harassing her by taking the matter up with the front desk. She took my picture and said if I continued she would call the police. She also requested that I get banned from the store for bringing up the issue. The manager finally arrived but she hunted me down and started harassing me with her camera , and wanted to video tape our encounter. Fortunately the manager told her to stop harassing me and asked her to go to the hall. I am not sure how it all ended but I do know that the store should have done its duty and requested her papers. She never did show them as far as I know anyway. I find it unfortunate that a my allergies do not matter to a store or to a pet owner . Also as I mentioned before the use of animals without proper papers makes a mockery of those who legitimately need a seeing eye dog . How can store owners in food centres be held accountable for their disregard of these violations...

Whole foods does not play around when it comes to cleanness & the presentation throughout the store is a treat to the eyes.
It is such a joy to just walk through the doors & all of your senses are awakened. I am so grateful to be living downtown & can shop here all the time... or sometimes. I have to be honest....not knowing the product & for sure I'm not that health concise. I do take care of myself, but I am not fully committed to all the brands. Don't know if I'll ever be... "My Goa"l is to be on my way to the upper west coast... as soon as possible. For now.... The Most Beautiful, & Amazing Experience When it comes to a Grocery Store.
