I made the mistake of placing an online order for pickup here. I used a $5 voucher from my rewards account and after I had made my purchase realized I missed a 35% off online coupon. At pickup, I asked if we could retroactively apply this coupon to my order. The cashier said yes, but we would need to initiate a refund first and start over. I said this was fine, as long as I could still use the voucher I had used originally. Then, the cashier backpedaled and said it was only for online orders, which I showed her it specifically said online AND pickup orders. She again ignored this. I asked when my voucher would be returned to my account since they had just refunded my purchase and wasted it for me. They said 48 hours. Frustrated and upset, I said I guess Iād have to go home then.
The cashier laughed at me, even though it was her fault refunding the purchase and not paying any attention to the actual situation at handāleaving me empty handed despite my special long distance trip out for this specific item. Completely unacceptable behavior and sad excuse for customer service. No wonder craft stores are closing nationwide in favor for online retailers. Also, I refuse to believe that your supervisor was unable to do any kind of work on her end to try and help me out with this coupon. I have come in every day for the last 4 days waiting for them to restock the jewelry section, after an employee told me they have all of it in the back they just havenāt put it out. Iāve worked in retail before so I get how long restocking takes, but this location is habitually under stocked and the employees will even tell you anytime you ask when theyāre getting restock items in that itās all just in the back. I come in multiple times a week to buy supplies for my business and I donāt think Iāve ever seen anyone restock anything come to think of it, and Iāve started taking my money to a different place so I can assure I am able to get what I need in a timely manner. But I gotta tell you- the framing department is AWESOME!!! I needed some custom items framed, and the staff was beyond helpful. When there was another sale on framing, they actually called and left a voicemail letting me know⦠so I just went back and had a few other items framed. The customer service in the framing department is beyond amazing. I feel horrible, because Iām blanking on the kind manās name⦠but the head framing guy in the back deserves a raise, a promotion, recognition, etc. I will for sure be a repeat customer.
