If you feel like standing in line to not buy a smoothie I suggest going to the mueller location. I went in today with my friend to get a smoothie around 1 oâclock, there was no line or anyone in the store. Some employee ran up to the cash register but didnât great us, he just stood there not even making eye contact. We stood at the cash register for a good 3 minutes before he turns to his friend and says âI wonder how much it costs if you buy all the smoothies,â and then proceeds to punch every button on the register before his friend says âHave you taken their order yet? Take their order and quit playing.â This is all going on while Iâm standing there with my credit card clearly wanting to order and pay. Mind you, he didnât say hi or ask if we had any questions or say anything indicating he was ready to take our order. When he finally asks if weâre ready I said âIâm not ordering anything anymore, you took too long to even do anything,â and stepped aside to let my friend order, but she was so put off by the cashiers attitude that she didnât want to order anything either. Then as we were turning to leave one of the other employees asks the cashier why we were leaving to which he says very loudly, that we changed our mind. Which I reminded him again and said âNo, you took to long to take our order.â I got no apology from the cashier or anyone working at the store as I was leaving. This type of customer service is not acceptable nor have I ever experienced it at any other Jamba Juice location.    Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. Worst experience EVER!! When I walked in to order no one even acknowledged me. No hi, we will be right with you, nothing! Stood there for a long time. When a young woman came to the register she didnât say anything to me, so I said hi and then ordered my passion fruit bowl. Iâm informed by a man that they donât have blueberries so I asked for pineapple where again they didnât have that so I asked for extra strawberries or bananas and was met with annoyance by the man stating they could add extra banana. Iâm sorry but if Iâm paying $11 then throw out some substations in place of the missing items. I waited almost 40 minutes for 1 bowl. This place needs some better management or guidance of how to greet people and how to work at a more efficient pace. I had a woman say that they took so long to make her bowl that it was melted all the way. Mine was cold but also very liquid. Drank half of it. I proceeded to put the order online since I wanted to make their life easier and just give them a call to modify my order. I called 5 times and no answer; at this point I was out in my car and called again to see if they were just ignoring my call and sure enough they were. There were no customers inside at all. Not busy or slammed of orders. I proceed to go in and let them know I was trying to call to modify my order since my coworker is allergic to an ingredient and he proceed to say well itâs already made. Okay so maybe the called should have been answered since I called a few times and so did she. I work in the food industry and we try to do our best to always exceed everyoneâs expectations but if we are not busy we are always taking calls even if we are busy we take them.
