Mower County Fair — Local services in Austin

Came to Austin MN to visit family I had bought tickets online for the rides on the email it said pick up at office once we got there we went to the office to pick them up right away was turned away no there at the ticket booth walked back and forward 3 times went to the ticket booth ladies saying no there not here to going back to they office saying no they are there at the ticket booth until I got upset called they office demanded a refund. Once I walked all the way back to the office for the 3rd time the lady that kept sending back to the ticket booth finally said she miss understood me that my tickets wear there at they office I was like really lady you miss understood me like no i told you why I was there for she was really unprofessional no manners thought...

I always volunteer at the North Gate entrance with my grandma to help raise money for Grace Lutheran Church. We always work the shift before all the attractions start, but still even then you get a lot of enjoyment out of it. It's fun to count all the people that come to enjoy the fair, and it's also good quality time to spend with my grandma! The best days of the fair are the first, and last day. [Because then you get to see all the adorable cows being brought in!] Although it's been a couple years since they moved Buffy the Cow, I'm glad they did because now she gets so much...

Dead empty areas ... Very few rides, no games , Plager bldg displays sparse and codensed , grand stand bands and entertaiment sucks and amateur, to much agriculture. .. Not enough city ... Take lessons from Owatonna! !!!! Oh and very few people even on the weekend .. IT'S JUST DEAD AND BORING! !! They took out the animals at the nature building outside and put in picnic tables, people on the fair board are questionable, they also changed the times they open the rides and raise...
