I called about a mistake with my order. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket only to find fries inside the box. I was feeling very hangry and when I called about the issue, I wasn't very patient or calm. The employee repeated back the issue, and it wasn't right, so I corrected her. Then she said she would get the manager. I spoke with the manager and she kept asking what I ordered. She finally said she was having trouble finding my order. She said she was in the back with the cooks and couldn't remember that order. I then told her there was a guy working the drive-thru and I paid him $12 for my order. She then proceeded to tell me they do not have a drive-thru. At that point I asked what location I had just called. Turns our, I called the WRONG location and was a complete jerk as my patience kept growing thinner and thinner and the ENTIRE time, the staff were friendly. I felt really really bad when I realized I called the wrong location and deeply apologized, but the staff was super kind and tried their best to figure out my order for like 5 minutes so they could resolve the issue. Great staff! I appreciate their kindness, their effort, and their patience dealing with a super...
Read moreI ordered 6 burgers, 4 fries, and 3 large blizzards. The burgers were mediocre, the fries were very good. The blizzards however had a slew of problems. We ordered a large superman blizzard, a large pumpkin pie with added chocolate chips, and a large turtle pecan. They made the blizzards first before anything else. By the time we received our food, the Superman one was leaking out of all sides. The pumpkin pie did not have the added chocolate chips(that I was charged for) but was instead given chex mix or something like it(which was an unpleasant surprise.) Having worked in fast food for 3 years, I do not want to complain. But it was not busy, there was only us 3 and one or two other people who only ordered single ice creams. It should not be that hard to keep track of...
Read moreThought we would give Dairy Queen in Austin a go this evening. At first we tried to call to place our order, their voicemail box was full. Inconvenient, but we still wanted to get some Dairy Queen. We eventually had to go inside to order. We noticed they dont have procedures for keeping keeping their hands clean in between using the register and handling cash and cards and making shakes and ice cream treats. We also noticed that everyone waits for their orders together, not social distance. I know everyone has a choice, whether or not to follow the CDCs guidelines, but I don't feel like I'm going to expose myself to further...
