Went into this location on wed, April 3rd to upgrade 2 phones. Gabriel helped us on this day. One phone and watch was not in stock so we had it ordered. Showed up friday, April 5th to a lady that I guess calls herself the manager. The phone and watch was never ordered, which I understand mistakes happen so she ordered it and we would have came back. That was untill she changed the promotional deals and out the door price from what we were told 2 days prior. Telling me that the deal expired and because they neglected to order the phone on Wednesday we can no longer get the deal. On top of that charged $60 to click a button on my phone and walk away while my info transfered. I canceled the order with her and went to the other verizon in town and guess what? She completely lied about the promotion expiring and all the tacked on fees on the out the door price! They offered me a trade in that covered the new phone and watch 100% and this lady said that wasn't an option. She has zero customer service skills and I would suggest you stop at the verizon on the other side of town....

As of today I am still fighting with Verizon to get the credit, they have tried to issue it 2 separate time. They are unable to due to the phone never been turned into on their end. I have been on the phone with them several times and they are saying it been resolved but still has not. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. The sales person was Gabriel and he was pleasant but he did no obviously know what he was doing. He also put on a glass protector on my phone that came with life time warranty. Well he threw the box away after putting it on so I was unable to register the glass. He asks out a protector on that I did not know about that cost $26 dollars. Read moreI went in paid a phone bill of $191.00 and they applied my money towards another person's account. I understand that mistakes happen, but it has been 4 months now and I still have an overdue fee, I've been collecting late fees each month that I've been paying, and I have had unreturned phone calls multiple times. They have told me multiple times that it will take 2 weeks to fix and it is still unfixed. Adam was very helpful when I spoke to him one time as well as Marcus, but still have unresolved issues which is frustrating. I have contacted corporate Verizon which cannot help because they use different systems, corporate TCC and they say they can not help with anything on their end, but they did offer to at least call the store. It is still an unresolved issue and to be honest I don't expect it to be resolved any time soon with my past experience. I would not recommend even going in to pay a bill.
