We just recently moved to Austin and after reading some reviews about this Walgreens I was very reluctant about transferring my prescriptions. I AM OVERJOYED I DID!!! The level of service and care I have received is truly amazing!!! Sarah is easily one of the BEST pharmacists I have EVER worked with! She is compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and just goes over and above for her clients. Coming from a large city I am impressed at how quickly they are able to get things done here and that they provide individual care for each person that comes in. They care about they people they serve! If you think they are slow or don't get things done...go to a pharmacy in the cities...your ideas may change drastically!!! Because WOW!!!! I AM SOOOOO HAPPY!!!! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH -ROXY. Give this a thought the next time you want to complain about them...if you make a simple mistake at your job what is the worst thing that can happen? A bad paint color? A bad hamburger? In their job...a simple mistake could literally mean the loss of a life..a medicine error could take your or someone you loves life....I personally prefer their dedication to perfection and personal care for my health and safety. For me, my family and...

I take nine (9) very important meds, yet every week of every year I'm on the phone or in the store because you're running me out of meds.
I go to doctor .. doctor writes 'scripts .. give six months worth of said 'scripts to Walgreess .. Walgreens can't figure out how to fill meds.
I understand your game of screwing things up so we'll have to come in and, therefore, spend more money.
But as vitally important as my serious brain injury meds are, please stop screwing around with (me) your customers. I just stopped and spoke with the 19-year-old store manager; I don't think she appreciates or understands the seriousness of brain-injury meds.
Last week you ran me out of my life-or-death (literally) . This Tuesday you ran me out of **** and today I'm now out of *. Stopped Monday to say I'm out and get new and was told, "nope. Nothing ready. Called Thursday and was told, "well, I don't know why they told you that; they've been ready all week."

Read moreThis newest pharmacist is HORRIBLE! Rude! She does not care about the customers. Wrong business to be in when u don't care. Not to mention in the last 3 months, the pharmacist just closed on a Saturday without NOTICE when i had a prescription that was due for that day! They r already closed on Sundays so i had to go til Monday without. One of the days i was at the window, the med was already filled and she refused to give it to me. Recently, they told me they were out of one of my meds. 2 days later they told me the doctor declined the refill. When i went to my portal, they refilled it 8 days prior. I called and talked to the pharmacist and she told me it was my problem. I get that it is easier for me to find out whats going on but my LORD, Rudddddee! Not to mention they lied because they had already told me they were out of this med and then tried to lie and tell me the doctor declined it 2 days later. I miss the old pharmacist. This one sucks! I've been with this pharmacy for YEARS but i think its getting time to go...
