Super picky jewelry person here, to the point where I make a lot of my own casual wear and feel like an appendage is missing when I have to part with my wedding set.

That being said, I needed my rings (three) to be sized and wanted to support a small, local business. I am so glad I did! While he is kind of short in conversation, the jewellers work was stupendous and he was polite. My rings came back sized perfectly and polished like new. The best part? He was leaving town three days after I dropped off my rings, so he made an effort to try to complete them for me before he left. And he came through!

I know where I'll be taking my jewelry for sizing/repair and who I'll go to for custom work now!

This little shop is a gem in a giant shopping center --and well worth seeking out. You will find a number lovely and unique items for your home or for gifts---but what really stood out to me was the amazing originality of the jewelry. So much jewelry is just mass produced same 'ol thing ---not here. The onsite jeweler has an amazing a creative eye and puts together some truly exceptional pieces that are quite reasonable for their quality and style. In addition, if you bring him in photos or ideas, he'll custom make something for you. And personally he was very patient with me while re-sizing my rings. Brought a watch to have a simple battery replacement because it was recommended from the manufacturer and was purported to have the right tools. The person scratched the back of the watch horribly and put in a used battery that maybe works. When confronted they blamed it (lied to my face) on wear and tear. I had just inspected it before handing it over 2 minutes prior. Such poor service I don’t recommend anyone step foot in this place. What an utter disgrace. The lack of respect is...
