Talk about being berated by an employee. I called in to order a pizza using a COUPON that THEY SENT out and was yelled at by the manager who obviously hates his job and or life... This Jerk stood in the background listening to the call commenting to the employee who took my order, snapping questions at him asking why I was questioning the price quoted. I want to understand the freaking price Jack hole... That's why I was asking. Don't get mad at me if your paycheck drops a penny because I ordered using the $12.99 coupon that your owner sent out last month! After applying a $12.99 coupon for a pizza, the order total came out to be $19+ which I thought a bit high...when I proceeded to ask about it thats when the manager ROGER snapped "what?! He's asking about the price?" Then he proceeded to snatch the phone from the employee, and in a very HARSH tone, BARK at me "DID YOU WANT TO PAY WITH CASH OR CARD?!" To which I replied, "I'm wondering how it got up to $19+ for the pizza". He said "YOU APPLIED A $4 COUPON MAKING IT $16" To which I replied "I have a $12.99 coupon for a fusion pizza". Then Roger said "Ok That makes it $16..." In a rather defeated tone but still rather rough. I shouldn't have to ARGUE with you about a FREAKING COUPON YOUR COMPANY MAILED OUT TO ME... I don't even want the stupid pizza anymore you pizza nazi. Please take your terrible customer service and find a new job mister manager... You shouldn't be ruining this business like you are doing. I pray that the owner of this business reads this review, being one of few places that caters to those of us wanting a healthier option but to still enjoy pizza is a nice convenience but I don't NEED to spend money at your business and I don't NEED to be yelled at by your employees. Please fix this issue, *cough* Roger *cough* I don't need to waste my time complaining on other sites about the terrible service. I just hope you make some changes because employees like that don't deserve to work at your business. What a waste of good advertising... I am NEVER ordering from your pizza shop again. I'm sorry but I refuse to until I know that that employee no longer works there. Even then I may just keep my time and sanity safe by avoiding this place.

Well....that was awful. Just went with the basics like cheese and pepperoni to try this place out. The people there were very nice but they do not know anything about making pizza. The crust was gooey and chewy is hell. The minute you pick up a slice it will literally flop straight downward. the amount of cheese to the crust ratio was way too much it was overpowering and you could barely taste the sauce. Even the pepperoni was bland at best and not even crisp. If I have to follow the wise words of my sweet grandmother and always find something nice to say about somebody I will at least say they kept my blood sugar from dropping too far. I ordered a small pizza and barely made it through one and a half slices and I was done.

The perfect pizza! I'm a foodie in Austin so I go into the unknown in search of new places to try several times a week. The rest of the week I eat at my favorite spots. Pizza in this town is so inconsistent. I try a place, love it, two months later, it all goes downhill and I'm sad to have loved and lost. I've waited to do a review here because of this trend. Consistently this pizza is amazing. So many juicy and delicious organic veggies makes me sooooo happy! I don't know why their cheese tastes better than any other pizza, but there is something addictive about it. I'm so happy to find places were organic food beats them all, and boy has Pizza Day done it!! My pizza today is the Just Veggie, minus black olives, add jalapenos.

Placed an order at Pizza Day today and we just weren't satisfied with the food. Which happens. Not a problem. But I tried to call 5 or 6 times during the course of an hour to try and see what their satisfaction policy was, and didn't get through until 8:30. I think that's pretty bad for business - if they're that busy, they should consider hiring someone who can take calls. Not getting through once is fine, but taking an hour is a little absurd. We ordered a vegan pizza and calzone, and just didn't like it. Here's the problem: When I called to see if they had a satisfaction policy, I was met with the most disrespectful manager (named Roger) I've come across in a long time. I was polite and trying to ask questions, and he was very abrupt. I attempted to tell him that it was ok if we couldn't get a refund ($26), but instead he just said things like "yeah, that's the way we do it" and "no one ever has a problem" and "yeah...can't give you a refund because you didn't like it." And I would have been totally fine with that if he wasn't so rude. I love to do local business, especially with places that have vegan options, but I really only want to do business with respectful people. I hung up the phone before he could continue being rude. It was just really...

I don't write reviews often, but felt compelled do so after my brief experience on the phone trying to order pizza for my family tonight. We haven't ordered from Promise Pizza for about six years, but in an effort to be more healthy decided to try them. I pulled up their menu online and there was a coupon in the margin for 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $20.99. Great right! I called and placed my order and the guy who was very friendly at first told me that coupon was only good Monday to Thursday and actually they don't even have that one anymore. Well, it does not say that anywhere on the page and I read all the other coupons off to him and those they still had. He was trying to give me a discount, but it just didn't seem fair and he was having trouble with the computer. I explained that this wasn't fair and shouldn't be so difficult. If it's on their website it should be honored. He said no. So I said that I would just order from else where and he said that that is what I should do. So I did - I ordered from Austin's Pizza. This is too bad, because we order pizza every Friday night for our family of five and often times for the kids friends who are over and we really wanted a new...
