There are no words to express the superb service Ranch Pools provided us with from start to finish. Burton and Maggie were the absolute best! They were friendly, professional and super fun people to work with. Burton and Maggie literally treated us like family. They would returned my call or text me within a very reasonable time frame and Burton sent a nice text while I was on vacation to just check in and give me updates. As the time drew near for installation they texted to see if I had any last-minute concerns or questions. Burton and Maggie installed our pool on the 4th of July and it took only 45 minutes tops! Burton was very thorough when explaining pool instructions and upkeep on our new pool. They said they would arrive at 9:00 a.m., and true to their word, they were here at 9:00 a.m., on the dot! Impressive! If you want a GREAT company that will get you set up FAST with GREAT service, this is your company! Maggie, thank you for playing with my German Shepherd, Evie. She loved you! Everything from start to finish was so easy with Ranch Pools. They were incredibly easy to coordinate with, and best of all the cutting / drilling work was all done on the spot! I had friends have the holes when they had theirs delivered but they've had delays where a hole was bumped and had to get returned but MOST ALL this means they can really tailor your pool to be situated the best way (where to put the crease, etc). While the pool did come with a skimmer, chlorine tablets and a chlorine floater, for me it was the time they took explaining everything that made all the difference. I looked into several stock tank pool companies and this one was by far the most affordable one I was able to find. The premium 6ft tank is what I got and it’s very simple to assemble when you receive it. They shipped it pretty fast as well. Burton was very responsive about any questions and helped me during a FaceTime call when I had a small problem. They also send you a link to see how to assemble the pump which was helpful.
