Rodolfo "Rudy" Mendez Recreation Center — Local services in Austin

This park has been in my life for my whole life! It is underutilized? completely! The pool I thought was going to have some work done, I'm unsure whether it was done or not. The playground could stand an expansion. If you were to compare what other parks offer to what Metz has! It's not fair for this park to. not have equal playscapes, climbing ropes, etc. The water play area is a joke! I have so many wonderful memories of that park in my past, but what's there now isn't. Put some money 💰 back into the park and you will see more people come back...
