My dentist referred me to two other endodontists - one of which cancelled on me while the other had no availability. I was referred to Austin Endodontics through a dental savings plan to which I’m subscribed because I needed an emergency microscopic root canal under a crown that was just seated a few months prior by another dentist. I was in immense pain and they were able to get me in the next morning. I have very high anxiety and haven’t felt comfortable with a dentist’s office since I moved to Austin. Allison was the assistant who helped with my procedure. She was very positive and upbeat while being extremely attentive. When I explained my anxiety and that I require sedation, she let me know she had me covered. Dr. Galian performed the procedure. He was very gentle and concerned with my well being. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what I could expect. I felt extremely comfortable here and the office is really nice. I Just left Austin Endodontics south location after having a root canal. I can’t say enough about what a positive experience they provided.

Registration ahead of time and check in once I arrived were both very easy - Priscilla was very helpful booking my appointment, and took great care of me when I arrived and when I checked out.

Dr Galvan performed the procedure - quickly, flawlessly, and without any pain or discomfort to me at all!!

The rock star of the entire crew was my Dental Assistant Sara!! She got me oriented and set up in the chair, explained everything that was going to happen thoroughly, and then at the end explained and showed me all that was done and all my post-op instructions and suggestions. She also kept me informed and comfortable (and comforted) along the way - even patting me on the shoulder reassuringly while Dr Galvan was shoving large needles into my mouth!!

I’ve had routine dental cleanings that were more painful and uncomfortable than the root canal I just had at Austin Endodontics!!!

My experience at Austin Endodontics was above and beyond what I expected. I needed a dreaded procedure and didn't want to have general anesthesia, so my nerves were already ratcheted up to an eleven, but add the Covid layer, and I was basically a nervous wreck. The office was clearly taking every necessary step to both prevent any Covid exposure and to keep the minds' of their patients at ease. I was asked to walk in RIGHT ON TIME (not early) for my appointment. When I did so, I was the only person in the waiting room. I filled out a survey and was temped, obviously everyone was masked, and when I quipped that I felt like I was breaking a huge rule when I was asked to take my mask off to start X-rays they said, "we are all masked and all of the other mitigations are covered, too!" The procedure went well, Dr. Galvan and his assistant Lecretia made me incredibly comfortable and I made it through with just gas and local numbing. I honestly wish they provided general dentistry! I would be eager to book my bi-annual cleanings. I can't recommend...
