I have made an order online 300$ worthand attempted to return 2 items back within the 7 days “acceptable period” as they call it and attempted to return 2 item ( 1 seemed cheap and the other one was too expensive for the look) anyway, I found a return package delivered to my address today with 1 item and never received credit or refund for the other item ! Despite all my attempts to send messages on instagram , utilise their chat or call their store , never received a reply ! Very poor customer service !!!
Updated As a reply to the below messages , I have sent an email on 6/26 at 7.24 pm requesting to initaite a return and no one came back to me. Tried reaching out to someone on instagram , with no avail. then i decided to return the items as per your return policy to avoid further issues . Hence the exception wouldn’t be needed if you had replied to my email/ messages instead I had to pay another $15 for you to return the item back to me . Plus the item i ordered is a letter not a personalized name ! And it looked too cheap for $60 worth in real life hence the return ! I ordered a blue beaded choker with mutiple charms and it is so sweet and fun. I also ordered two Hamsa charms to interchange with a gold beaded necklace I ordered but they could also go on the choker.

I contacted the store and they asked to send pictures which I did. They said they will replace it that was May 24th, after that I didn’t hear nothing from them on June 12th I sent another email in regards to the status. They said it will be shipped the next day June 13th. It’s June 28th I’ve sent about three follow up emails to see if someone can get back to me or provide me with a tracking number.
