So the carnival itself was very nice, lots of place to take pictures. The rides are definitely more for kids 5 and younger besides the one big snow sled which is fun but lasts 3 seconds. But you fly down that thing. What I did NOT like was that you have to sign a waiver before going inside, then you have to take a picture of your drivers license? So make sure to have that because I didn’t. On top of that at the end they ask for your email and then you have to enter a verification code that’s sent to your email. Our time slot was 1pm and they didn’t open the gate until 1:05 and then we had to do all that. It was chaotic and one girl was trying to get everything done and she was under a lot of stress and snapping at people including myself. So that immediately turned me off and I was mad the first 10 minutes I was inside about it. Not sure if waivers could be signed beforehand but I didn’t see anything about it, but that’s how it should be. They have food and drinks including wine and...
Read moreThe front staff were super friendly and very helpful in making our check in fast and simple. The decor walking up to the tent is so inviting and sets the Christmas spirit mood. The box office staff were very helpful and friendly as well. They do have discounts for senior citizens just so everyone knows. I read some reviews that made me skeptical about coming here but everything was working and the event is just so beautiful. It is not at all over crowded and the lines are not crazy either. I think they set everything up so that it’s a smooth tour through. Glad I went with my gut and gave it a go. I def recommend this place- you and your family will have so much fun. We hit the mall for dinner first so that it will be dark when we arrived which is very important for us to get the full effect of the lights. Happy Holidays to all and enjoy your visit. Hope my review helps some of you that are on the fence about...
Read moreNice idea. Expensive. Nicely decorated. Definitely buy tickets in advance and when you get there, if the line is long, head up front, scan the liability code and fill it out online before you get to the front. This will save a lot of time. Not worth getting the fast pass when full. The attractions are so small, you’ll end up waiting long in a fast pass lane. The food is ridiculously expensive! I waited over 20min to get fried Oreos, while I waited, one person asked for a refund and 1 person had to get another batch of oreos as the one they received was undercooked. Build a snowman attraction was a joke. The ice was so hard you couldn’t build anything. The only good factor was that the children did have a blast and the tube slide was fun. Make sure you’re bundled up good! And...
