Arcade Zone — Attraction in Aventura

I was there with my wife and daughter on Wednesday my daughter’s two and a half. My experience started good as my daughter walked over to the section where all the plush toys and selected toys are displayed freely and she really wanted princess peach. I went to the customer service desk to ask if I could just buy the plush for my daughter. They respectfully declined and said it wasn’t possible. My question is how would you have a wall with toys & plush available not locked away to be grabbed by any kids and not sell them?

Before starting my business I was in customer service for over 12 years and I would always find a way to go above and beyond for my customers. Even if something was negative I’d find a way to make the situation positive. I didn’t want to buy a game card to play & they could’ve found a solution to allow me to purchase the plush. If anything sell those items additionally for customers who aren’t interested in playing and that would be a great additional incentive towards sells.

My daughter’s heart was broken they passed by us as she was crying and didn’t even care. For me, that is the worse way to ever leave anyone feeling about a business. I genuinely will never recommend this arcade and I truly hope they close and go out of business one day. -

( The response given back to me still fails to acknowledge the overall lack of heart and awareness that my daughter was left crying and none of your employees showed any sign of remorse or empathy. For me as a professional that is something I’ll never forget and again will never recommend this place. There could’ve been a better way of handling the situation to make something possible at the given moment, but yet the level of empathy and compassion was not there from anyone and now...

I take my son here all the time since I start to go I had notice that the claw machine started to be more and more difficult the claw itself is so weak that makes it impossible to get anything ,I talk to the employees and they told me that have the highest winning rate on this ,maybe that’s true but for other location .The toys are accessible to everyone and they get mad when a small child wants to play with them ,they don’t understand that they aren’t supposed to touch those so maybe they should put the toys on a place that an small child cannot access so easily.they place its very nice and fun ,The employees always look tired and bored ,they are slow and they look like they don’t...

This was the most depressing "arcade" I have ever seen. Starting price for a card is $20 but there is barely any games and the games that you could play already take alot of credits. The majority of it is claw machines as well with stuff you could already get at like a five below or something. If you want a true arcade with good games head to round one in Pembroke lakes mall. It would be nice to see a better arcade at this mall though it would do...
