I bought a bracelet before covid from John’s jewelry. It came defective and took it back for repair. Your store closed due to covid. I went back once it reopened, and he replaced it with a new bracelet (thank god). A week after i went back because the bracelet snapped off. He then charged me to fix it. After spending a lot of money and waiting months to get it fixed. I then got the repaired bracelet back, was able to wear it once before it snapped in half again. I Went back today and he doesn’t want to be responsible for fixing it. I cannot believe i bought a bad quality item for that high of a price. He even started arguing with me in the middle of the store. I have NEVER been so insulted and felt robbed from. I have been a customer from your your location for years since you opened in Loehmans, and have been supporting your retailers for years with recommendations. That will end today. This place is a dump. Any successful jeweler Cana ford the slightly higher rents in a real exchange like the Seybold building.
