WeiBi Concept Store — Local services in Aventura

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with this store, and I feel compelled to share it to warn potential customers. I multiple items from store over 800$ dollars, some of which arrived in poor condition. Despite my attempts to return these faulty products promptly, the store significantly delayed issuing my return label, putting me at risk of missing their strict return window. Once I finally managed to send the items back, they provided dubious photos supposedly showing damage that could not have occurred on my end, as I went to great lengths to pack everything securely with extra cushioning and tie wraps.

Throughout this entire process, the store’s communication was unhelpful and evasive. They took an unusually long time to respond to my messages and never offered a reasonable solution to address the issues with their damaged merchandise. Instead, they tried to shift blame onto me, claiming the products were flawless when they shipped them out. The lack of accountability and the unwillingness to stand behind their products is startling and unprofessional.

The most frustrating part is that even after presenting my evidence of careful packaging and noting the obvious damage upon arrival, they refused to provide a straightforward resolution—whether a refund or replacement. This approach left me feeling disregarded and misled. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here, and I spent far too much time and money dealing with a problem that should have been resolved promptly by a responsible merchant.

I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this store to think twice. Their poor handling of returns, inadequate communication, and refusal to accept responsibility for damaged goods make them a risky choice. If you’re looking for quality products and reliable service, I recommend exploring other options. I sincerely hope my experience helps others avoid the frustration I endured.
