Felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. Rosa gave us estimate for sofa and bed when we came back Rosa wasn't there and the Owner / Manager Refused to honor the estimate and did not want to sell us and the price the gave us in written estimate that they did not honor. Not sure why! Also They all Spanish speaking and i wasn't so i felt very very uncomfortable when they spoke about us and the situation that we had in the store in Spanish so i couldn't understand. I understand its Miami but keep in mind we still in America. Still dont know why they refused to sell us a sofa. It wasn't very nice. Older Lady that works there is not nice she smiles to your face and talks crap in Spanish behind...

I bout a sectional and an accent chair from their Doral location. From the moment I walked in this store it was a pleasure to now enjoying my beautiful new furniture. The sales person was professional, knowledgable and got me an awesome deal. Georgia, the sales person, was the true customer care professional. She arranged for the best delivery time which was only 3 days from when I bought the furniture. The delivery guys work for habitus and not contracted. The person I worked with was Javier and I must say that he was super pleasent and welcoming, gave me personal attention and was very patient. Every piece of furniture I purchased was made with very high quality of material. The fabric of the sofas, the dining chairs or the rug, all came exactly as I wanted.
