Had two shirts made there recently for my upcoming business, and the designs came out how I wanted them to, except the vinyl looks as if it was pressured too hard or overheated into the fabric. The man at the register said there wasn’t anything he could do for me to make it right. Not even a discount? Come on, the shirts are hardly serviceable. A few years ago, I had a satisfactory experience at this shop, so when I needed embroidery work, I wanted to remain loyal and return there. Regrettably, the gentleman at the front seemed confrontational when I approached him for a simple job. It became evident quickly that he wasn't interested in my small task, even after showing him pictures of their previous work. Have used these guys multiple times ( twice this month already). Their price is reasonable and the turnaround time is great.
